Wow! Absolutely impressive! We ordered specialty bags, were quoted a very resonable price, with our logo and shipping was expected right before our event. Well....we got it so incredibly early and couldn't be happier. They had our products in stock, which was helpful, we just didn't expect it in less than a week. We ordered 150 logo'd re-usable grocery bags on Friday and recieved confirmation of shipment on Monday, the package arrived Tuesday. One HAPPY CUSTOMER HERE!!! Will use you all again.

Email three time about getting our product and have not gotten a response as of today.

Was assured repeatedly before I ordered in August that my order would be delivered to me before October 8th. It never shipped.

Not only did it never ship, your own customer service rep couldn't get an answer from the production department/factory. She even copied her manager on the emails begging for an answer but the production side refused to reply. Not even your own employee is shown any respect when trying to help your customers. Any answer would've been better than complete silence.

Needless to say I am not happy and have zero intention to either order again, nor refer anyone to this website. I will very strongly suggest the people in my industry who do what I do and need to order items like this stay away.

I understand the supply chain issues. I'm dealing with it myself on a number of products. But to just ignore the customer and your own employee? I don't care if bad news is the answer, at least it would've been an answer.

I have requested a full refund, which I have been assured I will receive. If I do not, I will take further action to compensate me for the time and money I unfortunately wasted relying on some modicum of professionalism from your company.

Danielle Treloar was fantastic. When what I wanted - wasn't available, she suggested other items that were similar and would work with my timeline. Our cups arrived on time as promised and are fantastic. Super happy and will reach out to her again with other swag needs I have.

they process your payment before you even create a proof, then only find out they don't have the stock. They mention there is a disclaimer banner on their site to call first, unfortunately, the site is busy and can easily be ignored as a promotion. This should be a pop up before the click to process order goes through. now i have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. other sites do not charge you till art is approved and or shipped... buyer beware.

Danielle and all the team were most helpful all the way through the ordering process and were patient while our regional office worked with our corporate office to get payment to them. Looking forward to the final product!
