Very happy so far...haven't received order yet, but have ordered from this company before and was very satisfied. The ordering process was easy and I had questions and Danielle was more than willing to help.

As usual, rushIMPRINT was very responsive to my needs. Plus, they kept me informed almost daily on the status of my order. There was a short delay because of lack of supplies, but I was immediately informed of the problem.
I have received my order and have already begun distributing the pens that I ordered.

Had some last-minute things that I needed printed before an event. Was very happy with how quickly we received everything. Easy to work with.

I got in touch with Danielle via the website chatbot and she immediately helped me figure out options for our rush order. She was super quick (and nice!) in her communications and product approvals. The extra fee for rush order was very reasonable and we got everything a lot quicker than we anticipated. The products look great and we're very happy with the quality. 5 stars all around.

As a general feedback, it would be even better if we could mock up the products directly on the site but it wasn't really an issue as Danielle handled everything very quickly.

The product is terrific. If they could be done a little faster, that would be great, but overall, very easy to use the website, I got exactly what I ordered and I am extremely happy with it. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

I had coasters made and they put the logo in a square and not cover the entire coaster. This made no sense to me at all. Then l emailed twice and got no response

The print was great, but the color of the lighter was more orange irl than the website suggested.

Kari was great, very communicative and is like the glue that holds everything together. It's unfortunate that the shipment did not go out on time but Kari did everything in her power to accommodate. I would definitely order from rushImprint again and highly recommend it to others.

I ordered some promotional mugs on the website. Not only was my credit card charged before I approved a proof, but they didn't have the mugs in stock. I was then contacted by customer service to see what I wanted to do about the order. I was extremely busy and was going to look at what they had in stock as soon as I got around to it, but the customer service rep emailed me again trying to rush my decision - I cancelled my order and now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days to be refunded for something they didn't have the right to charge me for.

Danielle Treloar at rushIMPRINT was fantastic. Wish there were more people in the world like her. I’ve been trying to get my design printed for over a month and couldn’t get help go straight answers from anyone— until Danielle. She was so patient with me and helped me gather enough info to be able to make a decision. Very excited to get the first round of my product delivered. If all goes well, I’ll be able to order a bigger order next time around, and, she’ll be the first one I reach out to.
