This product will not even charge cell phone 20% before running out.

Absolute garbage. Charger doesn't even charge a phone that's on 30% to 100% before running out. Contacted company as its now not even charging itself and of course (shocker) they do not respond. Cheap China made product pushed on CBS deals as this amazing product SHM should know better than to order form a TV deal.

Rush charger will not go into my Iphone 11 unless I completely disassemble and remove my Defender Protective case! Took 2 hours to charge my phone from 60% to 80%. Will probably never use except in an emergency.
Waste of money!!They need to acknowledge this problem in their ad/website.

I wanted to believe this is to good to be true and that is exactly what I found. Sorry but your product does not do what it says. Takes forever to charge every time and looses its charge faster than it takes to charge. So glad I didn't buy more than one.

The charger chips to connect to the IPHONE easily break off leaving you unable to charge.

I have had problems receiving these products from day 1 I have ordered 6 got none then when I complained I got 5 (missing one) then they sent me a $30 credit for my troubles which I immediately used and I have yet to receive the replacement for the missing charger or the one purchased with the credit. I would advise NEVER ORDER THESE PRODUCTS EVER!

When I received the device on 8/7/24 I plugged it in to get it fully charged then tried it out on my tablet and cell phone and it was OK. I didn't need to use it for the next several weeks but when I tested it with my cell phone in early September only the first blue light came on for just a couple seconds then went out. I tried charging it will all my cords several more times but still no charging so couldn't use it for my mid Sept trip. I've emailed SEVERAL reports of this to their email address on the LIMITED WARRANTY notice and according to the RUSH ASSIST+ notice included with the device I should have been contacted within two business days but to date have had NO response. I also posted on their website and left a phone message at 888-718-RUSH but haven't had ANY response at all. I first reported this issue well within the 60 day warranty period and fully expect to have this device eventually repaired or replaced. UPDATE: I FINALLY RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT DEVICE DIRECTLY FROM ASADEALS.COM ON OCT 30 AFTER HAVING A VERY PROMPT AND CURTIOUS RESPONSE FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND NO ADDITIONAL COSTS TO ME SO I AM NOW TOTALLY SATISFIED!!

Had an issue with a New product that was a gift. Contacted them and they don't respond. So I guess I'm stuck

I received a Rush Charge in a bundle through the Today show and it has not worked from day 1!!! I have tried to contact them via phone and email and have gotten no response. The unit will not charge at all - useless.

The only reason they got one star, was because, I had to before I could respond.
I ordered a Rush Charger, paid $42.00 American for it. This was in May.
Despite contacting them multiple times, I have not received the product, nor have they responded.
This company has STOLEN my money. Do not and I repeat, do not purchase anything from these thieves.

I ordered a Rush Charge portable charger on April 25th. The tracking info says a label was created that day for shipping. Today is May 28th, and the shipping link still only says a label was created. I've paid for the charger, but it hasn't shipped over a month after I purchased it. The company has not replied to my emails to their customer service account.

Ordered this a while ago, after using a Rusk charger of a friend. Was impressed. However, despite my efforts to contact company via phone and email, they won’t answer my requests. They readily took my money, now I get no response.

This is not worth the money. The charger does not rapid charge as advertised. Also the cord to connect is much to short and thin so it disconnected from the charging port. I have had it for a year and it just suddenly stopped charging so I can't use it. I would recommend getting a better on that is not so flimsy.

I HAVE HAD NO REAL ISSUES WITH MY RUSH CHARGER TRIDENT. I THINK IT CHARGES QUICKER IF YOUR PHONE IS ON.

MY ONLY ISSUE IS NO REPLY CONTACT TO MY EMAIL - DESPITE EMAILING 'TWICE' AGES AGO ! I SUGGESTED HAVING A LONGER 'CORD' SO PHONE CAN BE PLACED ON A TABLE, SOMETIMES IT HAS TO BE HUNG/DANGLING FROM A WALL SOCKET, WHICH DAMAGES THE CORD AND LEAVES WIRES EXPOSED.

I bought two Rush Charge Air in February 2021 because of the convenient size. They have been absolutely brilliant, and I cannot fault them. I have them in my work bag and charge my iPhone 12 between home and work. They are perfect for the size and meet all my needs. I have also travelled internationally with them and never had a security problem with them. I have since bought two more as gifts and there have been no complaints. All still function very well, and the size is wonderful.

Bad charger.breaks the connecter and gets stuck in phone. Two devices ruined by rush charger. Don't east your money. Get a normal one.
