I bought 5 of these rush chargers . Kept 2 and gifted the others. Love it at first. Small and convenient. But what I have found out is … number one you have to take your cover off your phone to use the charger. Number two is it seems to take awhile to recharge the rush charger itself. Sometimes it won’t charger and so I have to reconnect and start over. And number three is the pink charger I have it won’t charge my phone sometimes. The adapter is touchy to get it to work and so I have to keep my phone in place on the table to get it to charge. Pretty disappointed with the item for the price of them. And I only have used them handful of times. Only a yr old.

The product is exceptional. I have purchased TEN units to give as gifts after such success with the RushCharge! The customer service is INCOMPARABLE! Committed staff to giving best service possible!

Knowing I had the extra quick charge for my phone made my day of travel worry free as my phone was critical to finding my way in a new city. I have also found I use the rushcharge at home on multiple devices.

Good product and nice customer service

First, when ordering I gave the wrong credit card information and when I contacted customer service, they totally understood and sent me a return label because the Rushcharge was already on its way...I asked them instead of sending back, if it was ok to wait for the charger to make sure it was everything I needed and pay after it was received...Customer Service said that was not a problem....Everything looks great and no issues with the charger or it getting past my phone case...Very nice, works great and with no cords...

I bought this from CBS deals. It advertised 26 hours of charging, but after 1 hour charging my tablet it was dead. I requested a refund which they processed quickly, probably because they know the product is no good. But they did not refund shipping. If the product is defective they should refund shipping also

The charger, even when fully charged, dies before it charges my phone. Their ads say it provides "up to 14 hours of additional talk time" yet their customer service says that claim is only applicable to charging small devices like ear buds and not smart phones. False advertising.

I posted a negative review on March 17 about my experience with the Rushcharge team.As it turns out that the problem was with our postal system.Their team was able to resolve the problem and my order has been fulfilled. I will continue to be a customer.

Wish the adapters were longer. My son has to completely take off his phone case to plug in his phone to use the rush charger I gifted him. :( With longer adapters that can be used with all phone cases it could be a great product.

The customer service is outstanding! I was very pleased with the quick response and above and beyond my expectations for my issue regarding my purchase. I am a fan of the customer service. I also love my rush charger. I travel frequently out the country. Using my rush charger is so convenient and not bulky for in my purse carry on traveling and no cords needed is best so I can use my devices with the multiple charging pieces.

I’ve purchased from rush charge multiple times. I was introduced to their products from GMA deals MANY years ago and I bought my first charger on a whim. It was a very spontaneous and unplanned purchase that has led to me gifting to many family members and friends. I bought one for by brother when he was traveling from Alaska to PR. It keeps its charge so well and is durable to last through multiple drops without any sign of damage. I couldn’t be happier. Now it comes in more colors—my kids all have one too!

I’ve used a lot of portable chargers and the Rush Charge has been the most reliable, most functional and best ever. What I enjoy most is the size and the different charging capabilities, I can charge all my devices.
