Junk! Don’t waste your money or your time! Unit was never able to take a charge! Only one blue light after overnight charge! 3emails 3phone calls! Nothing!!! Terrible customer service or should I say NO customer service!

I ordered a charger on December 22nd 2025. I received the tracking number, and I tracked the item. The item got lost in Astoria Queens on December 29th. By January 15, I complained. They told me they would send me a new one with its tracking number, and send me the same tracking number for the same item that got lost in Astoria. This is a scam, they take weeks to answer, and their answer is all bs.

Bought two units one of which failed within a month or two won't charge at all. I can use second unit for a very limited time before it dies completely. These things are junk.

I ordered three chargers about two weeks before Christmas for stocking stuffers. The chargers came a few days after Christmas. I emailed on Christmas and told the company I did not want the chargers since they did not arrive for Christmas. They immediately refunded me and sent me the return label. I decided to go ahead and give the chargers to the individuals. The company let me keep them even though they had refunded me. I was not expecting the company to refund me until they received the items back in stock. The company was very quick to respond and resolve the issue even better than what I expected. I would highly recommend this company Rush Charge

I saw the chargers advertising on one of those morning shows and decided to purchase two. But when they made these devices they didn't take into consideration that most people have phone cases on. In order to use the chargers I purchased you will have to remove the whole phone case in order for it to fit. I decided I wanted to return them and it's like Ft. Knox to return, so now I'm out of money stuck with these items. Either you'll have to file a false claim to return or get a refund or just be stuck with it.

Bought this on CBS deals and it does not work the way they claim it will.
It drains within an hour and only get 15% more of a charge.
They are horrible, dont waste your $

Bought on CBS Deals and thought more of their review process but mine stopped working very soon after buying. CBS deals offers them every week it seems. I do not recommend buying bc very disappointing and cumbersome to use, BTW!

I purchased the Rush Charger after watching CBS Morning. The charger did not charge my iPhone. It is really not worth $40.

Charger is not able to keep a secure connection if you use a phone case..and who doesn't have a case on their phone?!? Bought the 4 pack off of CBS deals, who promotes this crap almost every week. Eye opener for everyone...CBS (almost all others) run these great deals, but read the disclaimer...they are making commission on the sales! They're raking in $$ on selling crap, and making it seem like products you have to have. Nothing more than the old time infomercials selling Ginsu knives that cut through cans & a garden hose, then slices a tomato. Shame on CBS, ABC & all others running these scams.

One positive thing that came from all the bad reviews...... Y'all kept me from buying one.... thank you for the info...

Bought it off of the CBS morning show deals did not have it not even two weeks and it was not charging terrible. I just stuck it in my nightstand and forgot about until I saw an add about them. I waste of my money

My brother told me not to buy this piece of crap. Bought it anyway and it’s TRASH. I will not tell my brother I bought it because he will say “I TOLD YOU SO”!!!

Used it once and it stopped working it shows that it’s charging but it won’t charge your phone such a waste of money! It wasn’t cheap either!

This device is a total piece of crap and shame on CBS Deals for constantly promoting it! It take hours to charge an i phone and then it takes that long to recharge the rush charger. I cannot believe that CBS is still promoting this device almost weekly. It is GARBAGE and this is deceitful promoting on the part of CBS!

I bought this item while watching CBS Saturday Mornings due to advertising segment. The Rush Charger is trash. I tried numerous times to return immediately after purchasing due to faulty charging to where it took forever to charge then you have to wait for Rush to charge which also took forever. I stopped using this trash device pretty much as soon as I purchased it.
