Fast delivery to the flat entrance, really good quality (super soft) and price.
The only minor issue was that FedEx didn't send an SMS or email with the exact delivery day and time. I wasn't home when they arrived, but thankfully the courier left the package in front of my flat door.
Also, the actual size is 197 cm x 304 cm instead of 200 cm x 300 cm; however, that is not a big deal.
There was a slight smell for a few days, just as stated on their website.

Regarding the size of your rug, slight variations of up to 5% are considered normal. During the manufacturing process, rugs are stretched and may naturally contract a little afterwards, which can result in small differences in the final dimensions. We are pleased to hear that this was not a significant issue for you.
We also appreciate your understanding regarding the temporary smell, which is normal for new rugs and usually disappears after a short period, as described on our website.

Postal codes missing
Although offer and service is really good it was frustrating making order for town of Opatija in Croatia. Your order system does not recognize Postal code and you need to feel up the code for nearby Rijeka. Although text offers pickup at delivery center (which I was ready to use as a safer option), such an option is not available on actual webpage. Also site tends to bug when you try to list more products with same filter.

On-time delivery, but very poor product quality
The delivery service was excellent and the package arrived right on time. However, the quality of the product itself is very poor. The rug sheds constantly, even after 5 months of use, which makes it very disappointing. Great service, but a bad product.

I have ordered carpets through Rugvista…
I have ordered carpets through Rugvista several times. The product has always been the same as in the pictures. The selection is large and the categories are well-designed, which makes it easier to choose. I often buy carpets that can be washed in the washing machine because of children and dogs. The quality of the carpets is decisive because they do not lose their original color in the wash. Delivery is free, which I like, and always on time. I am very satisfied and will order a carpet through Rugvista again.
