The condition of the carpet was as advertised and better than I expected. It was well packed and was delivered at five o'clock on Christmas Eve, two days before I had planned for such a huge package to arrive, a surprise, but a pleasant one as it turned out.

Oriental rugs
I ordered a few different rugs and runners from rug source. They came faster then expected ( right around the holidays) as pictured and clean. I even emailed them the look I was going for and they suggested a few different rugs in my price range. Great customer service, will use again.

My Experience with Rug Source
I enjoy decorating with small vintage tribal rugs and finally bit the bullet and ordered one from Rug Source on-line through Ebay last fall. The rug I chose was more worn than I had expected and I returned it for a refund. What I want to say is that because Rug Source refunded my money, I trust them and would certainly feel comfortable ordering from them again. I do wish that I had asked more questions before the purchase. The gentleman I spoke to there was clearly an oriental rug expert and taught me a lot in our short conversation.

Beautiful rug, fast service
I love my rug. It was just as described online. It arrived quickly and was folded (I might have preferred rolled, but the rug lost all wrinkles once it was flat.) I would definitely buy from Rug Source again.

Rug Source exceeded expectations for service and carpet quality.
I love my new carpet! I'd been searching for a specific size and colour at retail outlets in Canada and also online. Nothing found until Rug Source. Their email responses were friendly, speedy, and clear. They honoured my request to ship at a specific time. Beautiful high quality carpet, very competitive price and terrific Customer Service. Highly recommended.

I am Armenian..so I know my oriental rugs..and the rug that I purchased is an UNBELIEVABLE VALUE..and the people ijn this company are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable!!! I will always deal with them in the future..when I need oriental rugs...I can't rave about them highly enough!!!! In addition my rug was shipped fast and packed WELL!!!!
