Je suis déçu car je pensais avoir commandé un article et au final non!je me suis retrouvé à une création de compte de "crédiit".

I asked for delivery at locker, they did home delivery which no one is here, and then they asked to open ticket with support team, so i order product, pay, and no one delivers. Dissaster.

I placed an order and I received a tracking to say order was on the way. Next day I had an email simply saying order refunded with no explanation. I emailed to ask why and no reply. It is still showing as in stock on the website so no idea what that was about! Avoid.

Scam!! Took money from my account even after the account had been deleted by them absolute joke and support ppl not helpful and v rude!!!!!

We placed an order with megastore as we were recommended to order by people on Facebook as I was looking for a table that was only available from a particular IKEA store.. NEVER AGAIN!!! Normally I shop IKEA with another business in malta, Maltashopper, but unfortunately they didn't have my table at the IKEA store so I placed my order with megastore.. and boy what a mistake I made. I ordered this table, they promptly took my money and then never followed up with me. I've had to file a formal complaint and also report them. Nobody is answering any sort of communication. If I could pay to have this review on their front page to deter customers from ordering, I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. Dont say I didn't warn you.

Horrible service from delivery people. This company was amazing some years ago but unfortunately their competent employees got replaced.
I wanted to contact the management about the issues but their phone number doesn't work and on Facebook they cannot be contacted anymore either.
The delivery people refused to provide me with a contact number and also did not want to let me know what their name was.

They took payment but I haven’t received my item. They are also ignoring my emails and the online chat doesn’t work.

I ordered two times and the process was seamless. Items were delivered on promised date.

Scam company.

Took money, no delivery. They said they delivered by didn't provide tracking, and their customer service number is deactivated. Had to report as fraud to bank.

Wheres my order ? Ordered 27th March 2023 no confirmation email and money has gone out of my account

I have to give Online Mega Store 5 stars. Their prices were keen, no UK postage and arrived promptly (order 14th and arrived 16th. Brilliant!

Ordered A sizable item from them, arrived without any scruffs or dents on the box, delivered to my door as stipulated on the site, very helpful customer care.

The item (a jacket) took a long time to get i.e. I got it after Christmas. To my surprise the product was sent from China. Most of the shipping time was in China moving around fra transit to customs to the airport etc.
Unfortunately the jacket was way too big and I need to return. Now the fun is beginning as it is very costly to ship from Denmark to China - almost half the price of the product. And can you then be sure that you will get your money back? I'm not sure I dare to do that. This is why buying products from China to Europe never is a good thing.

Placed an order 9 days ago,delivery was stated 3 working days,no sign of order and no response to my emails requesting an update. Tracking shows in transit which it has done for 8 days! Its not so much not receiving my order that's frustrating but to not be responded to is extremely frustrating. Poor customer service means I will not be returning to place any further orders.
