I ordered a Welcome Mat-type rug. I love the look and feel of the art on it. However, the top is attached to the rubber mat below it with only a few really small circles of hard velcro that easily comes undone when you try shuffling your feet on it. The bottom of the rubber mat also slips all over the place on the hard surface it's on, so it's literally much more of a hazard and liability for people to slip and fall on it than helpful. For $179?! I did not expect to have so many issues with it.

Excellent product and service! Easily washed rugs come out of the dryer still looking like new! The difficult part is rolling the rug onto its gripping pad but with concentrated effort that easily done. We recently made our third purchase from Ruggable and that says it all! We need easily washable rugs for certain areas and Ruggable solved the problem. My first Ruggable is almost 5 years old and still looks as good as the day I opened the package!

I purchased the Jonathan Adler Inkdrop Camel & Ivory Rug in 8x10. This thing is flimsy like a piece of cloth. The pad underneath is 2 separate pieces, so not fun to keep straight and assemble. I have a L shaped couch and have to completely lift and move the couch out of the way whenever I want to wash the rug. This rug is a rip off and a pain. I should’ve returned.

My son recommended your company. I have a new puppy & she decided to bring her food on a new rug from. The stain came out completely. Your rugs are great. Thank you.

love these rugs however I had a 10% off coupon and tried to use my spill points (which I earned) it would not let me. Was told even after contacting them that their site would not take two discounts. The spill points was not a coupon I earned the money by purchasing previous rugs from them. I will think twice before ordering from them again. Very disappointed

I have been buying rugs from this company for several years now. It started with the pandemic when I needed rugs for the deck and the garage! I have found everything I've purchased from them to be of very good quality and exactly as advertised. Their customer service is excellent and responsive. I always recommend them.

Very happy with my two 3x5 ruggables for my kitchen! They are perfect! Washed once so far and look like new. Just ordered two more for my laundry room! Can’t wait!

I love these rugs, having dogs and keeping floor clean is very important, great colors and different styles to choose from, my recent purchase was a gift. Only one complaint one of my rugs from the five I own have shrank a bit, but overall amazing.

Ruggable's staff really cares and listens to its customers. Customer service is excellent. The items (I have 7 rugs and my kids have 2 really large ones) are everything they say they are. Do be careful not to have a door or vacuum cleaner continually go over the binding, it will fray...I have figured out how to easily repair it with needlepoint thread, however.
We have messy grandkids, a dirty dog, and sometimes muddy shoes. The rugs wash nicely. We have had one of them for more than a year and 4 for a little less and they look like the day we bought them. Our newest one is in our living room. I bought the new tufted ruggable. I really like itl It asked for date of experience....it is a continuing experience.

I bought a Ruggable rug for my kitchen and love it. It is attractive and easy to clean, including spot cleaning. I also bought a door mat and love that, too. Fits nicely in front of our front door, attractive pattern, will be easy to clean. I bought a second mat only since I already have the the mat and base, I bought a holiday themed one, it will be easy to store since it will roll up. I really like Ruggable.

On-line ordering of the rugs was very easy. The on-line pictures of the rugs were fairly depicted and the delivered rugs were beyond our expectations. After receiving the first two rugs, I ordered another set so that I can interchange the rugs to match the season or occasion!

I’m a big Ruggable fan, but this is a review about my recent purchase, Outdoor Absida Multicolor Rug. I paid extra for a pad also, and boy was I disappointed. The pad, as confirmed by customer service, is NOT meant to be water permeable….and it’s an OUTDOOR RUG. So now I’ve got a huge pad inside my garage forever. I wish that were the only issue. This rug shows every last bit of dirt and looks gross all the time. Is it washable? Yep, so I washed it. A week later…it was just as gross again and we hadn’t even used the back deck. I wish I could take back this purchase and the money spent. Never again with an outdoor Ruggable.

Customer service is absolutely phenomenal! A huge shout out to the people working in customer service! One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! As for the product 100% worth it!

Rugs make a home cozy. Ruggable makes a home liveable! Not only are the Ruggable rugs beautiful, soft, and wearable - they are easy to 'install' and move around from one room to another.

The company is responsive to inquiries and professional with their communications.

Hands (and feet) down, I will continue to choose Ruggable for my home and suggest them to others that want quality rugs you aren't afraid to live on!

I just made my 6th rug purchase. We have 3 runners ( they finally have the long that I have needed) and 2 large 8x10s. I have dogs and have had to wash accidents with no issues ( even the large rugs). I have experienced curling of rugs on edges ( even with the reinforced corners) BUT when I contacted ruggable to ask how to get them out. They sent me new rugs immediately. I experienced great customer service and I feel that makes up for it. I will take curling if it means will be able to wash.

I absolutely love the rugs I pick out . They look great in my side entrance as well as in my new kitchen. Just what I was looking for and washable another plus .

We had one rug with a slight defect but Ruggable Initiatated a replacement right away. Great company to deal with.

I ordered a large rug and runner. I was pleased with the quality but the colour of the runner was too dark for the space. I tried to ask for a return and it is nearly impossible to speak to a person. I am from Canada so the time to call is very limited. They are open from 8 to 1 on some weekdays. This is difficult when you work 9 to5 hours from Monday to Friday. I had to send an email or speak to their BOT. Needless to say, this has been a frustrating experience. I was also charged 50.00 for shipping the rug back with no compensation. There ARE NO exchanges! You can return the rug but then purchase another one online. When you invest in a product you expect better service. These rugs are quite costly so I would expect better service from the company. The fact that you can not get a hold of a live person to discuss your issue is quite frustrating. Not all of the answers are located in the FAQ's.
Buyer beware

We just had our floors redone and we really wanted some rugs to protect them, and more importantly, look good. Ruggable rugs were the perfect idea.
We purchased three: two different runner lengths and a matching doormat.
Easy to order, quick to ship, and even easy to exchange ~ after one of the runners arrived, I decided that a longer one would work, and Ruggable’s customer service was a breeze to deal with in swapping out for a new size.
A+ experience all the way around. I’d highly recommend them!

Just ordered my third Ruggable rug! Love the material, the colours and the designs. Delivery has always been quick and the product has met or exceeded my expectations.
