The Yantra was delivered in tidy and sturdy packages., and was received in good condition too. Overall, i have very great experience with Rudra Centre.

Hello, This is Aryan Fauzdar,
I'm a frequent buyer from Rudraksh Ratna Centre. My journey with RRST began when i was trying to search genuine rudraksha dealers and came across one of Neeta Ji's videos..
I'm a business person and i have a good understanding of what's genuine .. i hereby confidently say that when it comes to RRST you need to be least concerned about genuineness..
My experience with RRST so far has been Superb and wonderful as always..!!!

Big thank you

I would like to thank Mr. Nawal Gaikwad, the brahmanas, artisans, shipping department and all others at Rudra Centre for an amazing experience. I am very satisfied with my purchases. I will be a return customer.

Nawal has worked closely with me to help me acquire the correct beads for my family and also my combinations of 1-21 using Javanese and Nepali beads. All of these beads have a sweet, powerful and incredible energy. A surprising and profound experience was feeling a "field of resonance" (for lack of a better term) that the combinations have created with each other and also with Rudraksha and stones that I was previously wearing.

At one point I even sent back a combination from USA to Mumbai to have another bead attached. The artisans completed the task perfectly in a faster time than I had expected. All pieces are perfect to my specifications.

I am very pleased.

Pranipat Neeta Ji,
I Dhananjay Singh, visited your center after one of my very close friend Mr Ashish, introduced me at your center.
I would love to share my wonderful experience at your center. On a single day itself I was provided with wonderful Siddh Mala consisting of 1 to 14 Mukhi by your best and friendly consultant Shri Mahendra Kadam, who very honestly helped me in getting the required size beads.
Though the beads are bit expensive compared to market but at the end of day, I am satisfied for getting the original and authentic beads.
Now the main part after taking the beads was designing of the Rudraksh mala, for this also, one more person who is also named as Mr Kadam helped in and designing a perfect mala for me.
I loved shopping at your center and will definitely recommend my friends and family, if and when they require genuine and authentic beads.
Best of luck for team Rudra Centre.

Regards

Dhananjay Singh
Happy customer of Rudra Center

I recently placed an order with Rudra Centre. I couldn't have hoped to deal with a better merchant.
The whole ordering process was smooth from beginning to end. I knew what was happening with my purchase at every step. This merchant is very communicative (answering emails within hours) and extremely professional.
As for the items I ordered, they are exactly as described and pictured (I ordered 3 pendants). My order arrived within days (I am in North America), beautifully packaged. I'm truly impressed with the level of service at Rudra Centre. I hope to purchase more items soon.

I have a really, really disappointing experience with rrst. After direct payment it look them more than 1 month to send my order. And above that I had to contact them myself frequently to inform why they still hadn't sent my order. They came up with all kinds of excuses. I'am a platinum member, but this was my last order. RRST I hoped you could treat your frequent buying customer with more respect. You just lost a loyal customer. I'am done!

As a foreigner, I would like to leave my positive feedback.

I would like to thank you to all your crews that they meticulously provided high quality products as described on the website.
I also appreciate your positive attitude towards customer service, Neeta. My experience with you is nothing to say, but only exceptional.

I purchased rudrakshas and ratna brackets from Neeta mam and I already had some rudraksha with me. She made them into really beautiful armlets and pendant. But the most beautiful part about wearing these rudraksha is the changes in life and my perception that I have experienced. I can't put it in words. I felt like I was in some higher state of awareness. Felt so peaceful. Manifesting felt easy. I love my rudraksha and I can't live without them.

I am happy and grateful for the Navagraha Havan sticks delivered in time. Homam Spoornam🙏

We have ordered first time from this website and truly impressed with the quality of Divine Stuff along with its packaging. Every small detail was considered. Staff is always welcoming and helping. Overall I would never use any other website except Rudraksha Ratna. Thank You.

Thank you so much Rudra Centre for delivering the mango leaves. It reached ontime for Vara Mahalakshmi pooja in excellent condition. The packing was amazing. It was very fresh. I can't thank enough Rudra centre for relieving my tension on how to get the item in this COVID19 situation. Thanks a lot!!!

Awesome products and unmatched customer service. Truly satisfying experience.

Worst online Rudraksha buying experience. Products quality is third class and once you pay them they will treat you like animals. Client coordinator is the worst. Has a condescending tone anytime you speak with him.

I don’t have words to explain how good they are at providing even better than shown in the pictures! I was astonished with the quality of packing they provided! I got some changes in many order several times and I texted tejal many times and she was so supportive! She assured me about the quality of the product and it’s authenticity and yes they are so authentic! I got a rudraksha bracelet, after receiving it from them I decided to buy rakhis from them and they promised me to deliver the rakhi by 20th july, but the rakhis got delivered on 15th july, much before than the promised time! My brother love the rakhis! I was doubtful whether he will like them or not! Thanks for bringing happiness on his face! M soooooooo happy with your services! Lots of love

I am completely satisfied with the product quality of Rudraksha Centre. Moreover, their customer support team is also very supportive, I am really thankful to Tejal, who cleared all of my queries without any hesitation. Once again, very happy and would surely use their service again along with recommending their site to the near and the dear one.
