I had previously shared my experience with Rudra Center’s yantras and Rudraksha, and I can say that I have personally found them very meaningful and effective, in line with what is described in the scriptures.
I am also technically very interested in Rudraksha and have researched them extensively. I even have my own X-ray system and have examined my Rudraksha collection. In my understanding, a Rudraksha should be evaluated not only from the outside but also by checking its internal compartments through X-ray. I have been collecting Rudraksha from Rudra Center since 2013, and the pieces in my collection have shown the expected internal compartment structure.
Regarding the consultation, I had been going through a very difficult period with a persistent fear of death. I had consulted another astrologer about this before, but I continued to feel unsettled and could not find peace. This fear had been troubling me since January 2026.
I then decided to consult Neeta Ji, because she was the person from whom I first learned about Rudraksha and its more scientific aspects. I explained my situation in detail by email and hoped to have a video consultation. I know she is a very busy person, but she kindly arranged a Zoom call for me very quickly.
After speaking with her, I felt genuinely calmer and more peaceful. The way she listened and guided me felt very personal and compassionate. To me, she feels like a true healer and Guru.

My experience with the Rudra Center and Neeta has been exceptional, both in terms of the quality of their products and the care and service I have received.

As for the results of the products themselves, I can not rate them. Through my sadhana, my perspective has changed considerably, and I have come to see that I was judging from my very limited and expectation-filled perspective.

At the time, I was impatient and struggling deeply within myself. I was desperately longing to experience the profound bliss and ecstasy that I had once experienced spontaneously in samadhi. In that desperation, I placed expectations on the products—expectations about what they should do, how effective they should be, and, perhaps most significantly, how quickly I believed something should happen.

My sadhana has gradually given me a different perspective on all of this. I was judging my experience according to my own expectations of what spiritual progress should look like and how quickly it should occur.

Because of this change in perspective, it isn't sensible for me to judge the effectiveness of these products based on my limited experience. Whatever their potential may be, my own impatience, expectations, and limited perception were inseparable from the way I experienced them.

What I can say with complete confidence is that my experience with the Rudra Center and Neeta has been excellent. I would readily recommend them to anyone based on the quality of their products and the exceptional service I received. I am sincerely grateful for their care and for everything they have provided.

I also feel grateful for the opportunity to look back at my previous experience with greater clarity. My sadhana has helped me recognize that what I once considered a shortcoming in the products may have actually revealed something about my own expectations and where I was within myself at that time.

For that reason, I feel it is appropriate for me to withdraw judgment about the results rather than leave a review based on something I now recognize is largely limited by my own perspective.

At one stage I was using another Puja website to buy Puja items but they sold me fake rudraksha and non authentic items that turned me away. Since I was using Rudraksha ratna I have always been happy, and items are always authentic and top grade quality. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rudra Center is an absolutely amazing place to go for any type of puja. The puja that I've participated in were exceptionally done and well organized. Nothing was missing. The results are even better. I've witnessed a miracle with a puja we've done. I live in the US and the puja was done in India for us. We can even do that through Whatsapp video and still get the full benefits of it. Even the rudraksh and the gems from Rudra Center are powerful and of excellent quality. Trusted seller and shipping to Germany without any problems

Paid ₹2,150 (₹2,000 bracelet + ₹150 shipping) for a Rudraksha bracelet. Received on Friday — my pandit advised wearing it on Tuesday, so I waited respectfully.

The clasp was so small it took 45 minutes to put on alone, and the bracelet was tighter than my wrist size. Within 15 days and just 3–4 short wears, the beads started turning black.

When I raised the complaint, they first wanted ₹150 as return fee. I thought they'd exchange it. Then suddenly ₹750 extra was demanded to replace the clasp and the black bead — on a bracelet I'd barely used.

The most telling moment: their own team said "the silver hooks have to be used" — which clearly means they know the silver quality is substandard. Bead turns black + silver tarnishes in under 15 days with 3–4 wears? That is a quality defect, not user error.

For comparison — I have raw Rudraksha bought directly from Neelkanth, Rishikesh in 2023, processed myself in Kanpur. Those beads remain in perfect condition after 2+ years. I know what genuine Rudraksha looks like.

When I requested a refund, they kept finding excuses. Finally agreed to a partial refund.

My advice: For ₹2,150–₹2,900, go to a trusted local jeweller. You will get a far superior bracelet — genuine beads, proper silver, right sizing — without the runaround.

Disappointing experience due to unclear import fees
I ordered a low-value mala/bracelet from Rudra Centre. The item itself cost around €7, and I already paid around €20 in total including shipping.
After the order was shipped with FedEx, I received an additional payment request of €19.40 for import/VAT and processing fees before delivery. This means that a bracelet worth around €7 ends up costing almost €40 in total.
I fully understand that import taxes may apply when ordering from abroad, and I am not blaming the seller for government taxes. However, I believe this should be made much clearer during checkout, before payment, especially for European customers and for small low-value items.
When I contacted Rudra Centre, they mainly replied that these charges are government taxes and have nothing to do with them. But my concern was not only the tax itself. The FedEx amount also includes processing/import fees, and the final cost becomes completely disproportionate compared to the value of the item.
A mention somewhere in the shipping policy is not enough in my opinion. Customers should be clearly warned before placing the order that they may have to pay significant additional import and carrier fees upon delivery.
The product may be authentic, but the overall customer experience was disappointing and lacked transparency. European buyers should be aware of this before ordering.

Performed a Puja, and immediately felt its profound impact. The distinction was strikingly palpable. Received the Tokri, crafted from quality materials, accompanied by an unexpected thoughtful gift. Highly recommendable!

Big Disappointment – Poor Customer Experience

I had a very disappointing experience with this Rudraksha Ratna(Rudra Center) store.

Before visiting, I clearly shared my requirements for a Rudraksha mala and specifically requested all healthy, undamaged beads. The store agreed to these conditions, which is why I traveled 160 km from Pune to visit them in person.

However, when I checked the mala at the store, 3 beads were clearly damaged. When I pointed this out, the shop staff casually responded with “ye chalta hai” (this is acceptable), which was shocking—especially for an item linked to devotion and faith.

When I asked them to remake the mala using only healthy beads and said I was willing to wait, they quoted an unrealistic price:
₹800 per bead, which comes to ₹87,200 for 109 beads.

This is unacceptable considering the same mala is listed on their website for around ₹8,000. Charging more than 10× the price simply because a customer asks for good-quality, undamaged beads is unethical.

This experience felt like playing with people’s devotion rather than respecting it. I expected honesty, transparency, and integrity—but received none.

I would strongly advise others to thoroughly check every bead and be cautious before trusting verbal assurances.

Highly recommended not just because of the quality of product and services offered by Rudra Centre, but also because there is a genuine interest in doing the right thing for the customers and providing guidance irrespective of whether its commercial viable or not for the company.

I have been a regular customer of Rudra Centre since 2012 when I first bought my Rudraksha Mala. Excellent team and high quality products. Even though some items I purchased were costly, it was still worth the price. A special thanks to Sagarji for his continued help and support everytime.

I have been using the products and services of Rudra Centre Mumbai for 6 years now and have not been disappointed. Recently, I have started doing daily pujas (hopefully on a monthly basis) and I can feel the improvement in my physical, emotional sand mental state, already, while going through some challenging personal times.
