Rudra Centre Recenzje

I I recently ordered a few items from Rudra Ratna, including some malas, bracelets, and a sandalwood stick with a stone. All the items were exactly as advertised—authentic, well-made, and beautifully packed. Unfortunately, the stone in the sandalwood stick arrived broken. However, I contacted their team and shared pictures, and they responded promptly and professionally.

To my pleasant surprise, they arranged for a replacement stone to be shipped directly from India without any hassle. The replacement arrived in good condition, and their customer service throughout was courteous and efficient.

Overall, I’m very happy with my experience. Rudra Ratna stands behind their products and ensures customer satisfaction. I’d definitely order from them again!

Genuine products. The whole team is very much dedicated and take care of every detail. They address your issues personally. Very humble. Thank you Rudra centre for being there in my spiritual journey. On Namah Shivaya. 🙏

Extremely satisfied with the way they conducted the pooja and Havan ...We had live pooja and Havan for 4 hours continuously.... Feeling blessed....Highly recommend this!!!!

I received my package from Rudra Centre on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, and, as usual, the quality of the products and packaging was outstanding. I am delighted with the quality of the items and the careful packaging, which significantly enhances customer care. The staff at the Centre deserve my appreciation for their diligent work. Their attention to detail is remarkable, reflecting exceptional quality and service. I will recommend them to anyone on their spiritual journey; they will discover Aladin's cave of spiritual treasures and a centre dedicated to excellence and professionalism.

If you want to write a strong and honest review about your experience with Rudra Center, here’s a professional yet firm way to phrase it:

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Rudra Center. Their products are fraudulent and lack authenticity, especially their gemstones, which seem to be synthetic. The so-called "certification" they provide is nothing more than a printed card, lacking key details such as Refractive Index values, testing equipment used, and other crucial gemological parameters.

A genuine gemstone certification should come from a recognized gem lab, providing detailed testing results, not just a vague statement on a card. This raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of their products.

Additionally, their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful, making it nearly impossible to get a refund or a proper resolution.

I strongly advise customers to stay away from this website. Do not waste your hard-earned money on their fake products. If you are looking for authentic gemstones, always verify the seller and demand certification from reputed laboratories like GIA, IGI, or similar.

Beware and make informed decisions! Avoid Rudra Center at all costs!

I placed an order online but did not receive any delivery notification for almost two weeks. When I followed up and requested a cancellation—since I would be out of the city for the next few months—they assured me that the order would be canceled and a refund would be issued. However, I received no cancellation update. Upon following up again, I was told I would receive a cancellation email within two days. Instead of the email, I unexpectedly received a waybill. This experience has been both frustrating and disappointing. The company is not trustworthy, and I’m unsure whether I will ever receive my refund.

I recently purchased a customized holy Rudraksha, and I must say that I am extremely satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the team did an excellent job in creating exactly what I wanted. The service was professional, timely, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for authentic and well-crafted Rudraksha. Truly a great experience!

They are frauds and big cheats never buy from them.

Neeta is truly an angel on earth, and it was nothing short of divine timing that led me to her. Having her perform an energy reading and provide a remedy was a life-changing experience.

Now, 6-7 months later, my life has been completely transformed, and I owe it all to Neeta and the incredible team at the Rudraksha Ratna Center. Their guidance and support have been invaluable.

If you’re seeking that extra push or are ready to make a significant, positive shift in your life, I wholeheartedly recommend their services. It’s a decision you won’t regret.

Very good experience. All the people coordinated well.

Excellent timings maintained for Pooja.
Very impressed with the pictures and videos sent and an opportunity to witness the whole activity live on Botim.
Very grateful and highly contended the way it was carried out.
Great team and a special gratitude to Madam Neetaji who is always available to serve her patrons with utmost priority.

I was recommended thw kalpavriksh bracelet by Neetaji and it was like an awakening for me. The journey to start healing is to first identify the situations that are not working for you the the rudraksh worked to identify those and help me navigate them.
Thank you so much Neetaji

My experience with Rudra center has been excellent till date. The team is very professional, polite and most importantly give the guidance without any business motives based on the individual’s need. The Poojas recommended and performed immaculately are divine along with every product and interaction suggested by the team. Guruji Neetashree is Divine and a true master in her abilities and approach towards holistic healing. The Lord has blessed me through Rudra Center in all ways and have been made to propel myself in the spiritual path .

I am a new customer to Rudhra Centre, I am baeed in Sydney Australia and was looking for somewhere to do my pujas. Being time poor online is sometimes the way to go. I was so impressed with the service by everyone at RUDRA centre. Puja service was live streamed and the pundit ji involved me in the entire process. They sent photos and videos at the same time.
I was guided given the right pujas and also they send puja samaan.
Highly recommend. Will get all my prayers done here.

I am always humbled when I receive a personal response from Sakhashree herself
Jai Mahadev!

I have been an existing customer since 2020, ordering Rudraksha combinations and Puja services, and consulting with Sakhashree Neeta Ma'am. Trustworthy and reliable. If you are looking for authentic Rudrakshas and high-quality Puja products, your search ends here at Rudraksha-Ratna.com. They offer a wide selection of spiritually energized items, ensuring both quality and effectiveness. We also receive expert guidance in choosing the right products to enhance our spiritual journey.

I used their Rudraksha and Gemstone recommendation service, and within two days, I was contacted by Siddhartha, who was extremely patient in answering my questions. I was already impressed by their report and professionalism, so I decided to order a silver bracelet with two specific rudrakshas. I just received my bracelet and I am happy beyond words as the beads are divine and gorgeous (to the point, where I thought that they might be fake :) )
Before wearing them, I took them to the local temple and had an expert handle them. I will highly recommend this shop to everyone and will definitely buy again. Thanks, Siddharth!

Experience does not deserve a star. single star. Lack of principled practice by the company. Items are not truly depicted on the site. Contrary to what the business says the business does not aim to help people, it is all about money. Please think carefully before purchasing anything from this site. My enquiry with this company has been ongoing from 18 June and a refund processed for under value of item, even though all shipping, duties and returns cost were born by myself. Please note all shipping, duties and returns costs are born by the purchaser. Please, beware of this company!

I ordered a puja online..to attend it in person at a very busy temple location..they organised a very beautiful experience and the team took excellent care of me and my family who travelled a long way to get there.
