I am a senior Captain having worked for several international airlines. The last of which is Qatar Airways. I was going through a bad period and someone asked me to immediately wear a rudraksha mala. At that point in time I didn’t even know what a rudraksha was, let alone how I should get one !
Somehow the name Rudra Center came up and I initiated contact with them. Believe me guys, they are the last and final word in Gems and Rudrakshas ...!!!
To impress me takes a lot. And with Rudracenter I have been impressed well beyond my wildest expectations. Their product is of the very finest quality that I could imagine. So good that even my guruji has changed his source and shifted to Rudracenter. Amazing quality of rudraksha beads are used with innumerable designs available. At wonderfully decent prices. What a breath of fresh air this place is. And the best part is the warmth with which your item is made and dispatched by Miss Aishwarya. She is truly the face of the Organisation and the voice behind the operations ofnthe Organisation. An amazingly professional person who deals with you with the warmth of a family member rather than a sales head. In the rare case that something is not to your satisfaction, she right away sends her courier man with clear instructions and makes things better sooner than you can expect. And all this while she has a genuine smile on her face ...!! An amazing person indeed. She not only makes deadlines but in fact dispatched the product well before her deadlines whatever her obstacles may be. All products are sent fully energized by a trusted team of pundits who are on call for any informal advice. An absolutely amazing team. With the cherry on the pie being Miss Aishwarya.
Completely trustworthy, extremely efficient, wonderfully professional and exceptionally warm. Is Rudracenter and it’s frontline employees. I think Neetha S knows very well how to keep her customers happy. She simply keeps her employees happy. The customer is looked after by the employee thereafter !

The Rudraksha beads are of very good quality, and sphatik Mala which I received is of finest quality, communication was swift and friendly, I highly recommend Rudraksha Ratna.

I've bought many things from this store and always thought they were good to deal with until I had to get appraisals for gems. The blue sapphire was a spinel and the red rubies were pink sapphires!!! And to think I spent so much money on that!

Buyers need to be aware of what's going on and get the gems checked, the appraisal sent with the gems are nothing but a fake made in-house.

Received the wonderful gift of Nepal Rudraksha plant securely packed, with pot and soil, beautifully planted. Robust big beautiful rudraksha plant with lovely bael leaves, banana leaves etc. Divij from Rudra Centre made my day. Thank you very much indeed. I am very impressed. God bless.

I absolutely love Rudra Centre's products. I've purchased many items from them, and, each time the quality is exceptional. The rudraksha beads and gems are so beautiful, with such lovely jewelry designs that perfectly compliments each bead and gem stone. I'm experiencing healing from wearing the prescribed rudraksha beads and gems combination. I've also found Neeta and all of the staff that I've had interactions with to be very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this company and cannot say enough good about it.

We had setup a vidhi of kumbh vivah for my daughter and
Rudra centre organization were so prompt and informative about each step of process, got vidhi done so nicely and sent us pictures and Prasad. We even were involved in vidhi with Tele video communication.i surely will recommend Rudra center to my friends here and will definitely keep you in our mind for any future services when & if needed.

I wish I could give more stars to Rudra Center. Great work. I needed certain amount and variety of leaves to perform Shiv Pooja at home. I approached Rudra Center ten days before pooja and requested then to ship the leaves to USA.
The reason I wanted to give more than 5 stars is
1. The team was always available to answer questions.
2. I didn’t even have to follow up, this show their accountability and responsibility.
3. The delivery was on time
4. The leaves were very well packed
5. The temperature was well maintained inside the box
6. Leave were completely fresh as if they were plucked from the tree an hr ago

I’m from Canada and I have been a client for over 10 years. I have purchased various Rudrakshas, gemstones, pujas and idols. I have always been impressed by the level of professionalism and customer service skills displayed by the Rudra Centre team. All of the representatives are polite and ready to help. They have an excellent response time and provide prompt replies to any of my inquiries within seconds. All of their products are very good quality and are delivered within a week to 10 days. Recently, due to COVID-19 we are unable to visit any temples. Therefore, I have participated in several beautiful Maha puja and Yagyas organized by Neeta. These pujas are all live-streamed and you have access to contact a Rudra Centre Puja representative to answer any questions you may have about the puja. They also send you inspirational videos explaining the importance/ significance of that deity or puja. I would 100% recommend Neeta and her team at the Rudra Centre any day! God bless!

I had a good experience ordering various puja's and was very impressed with their service (I have written a review regarding this). Following in from this as I was so pleased I decided to order an astro/chakra analysis and had problems with getting a session with my assigned consultant (Diviji). After several emails he apologised and stated the delay was due to him being unwell. The consultation was really good and he then said he will email me remedies and mantras. As I didn't receive anything I emailed and eventually got a reply that it will be sent in the next hour. Surpise surprise....it did not. I sent emails and whatsapp messages which were not being looked at.
All in all despite a good session the chasing up for things before the appointment and after the appointment are not acceptable. It's probably people like this working at the company who cause them to get negative reviews. I am very annoyed because as a customer I should not have to be constantly sending messages and yes up to now I still have not received the email that was promised in the next hour.

I highly recommend Rudracenter! This is the fifth time I am buying Rudraksha from their online store, almost for everyone in my family!

I hardly give any reviews online but really wanted to share my experience so that others are saved from the frustration. I ordered 6 items from them 5 of those were fresh leaves. The package came was immaturely done for the flower garland. This spoiled the entire package. All the leaves dispatched were turned brown and wet. The most expensive item of 2-eyed coconuts were completely missing. On reaching the customer service online, there was no explanation. Sitting in US, I relied on their service to deliver the items which are not easily available. I would definitely not recommend their service. Poor communication, bad customer experience, no tracking, no ETA for shipment.

An update on this thread. After email follow up, I was able to get refund of the items purchased.

There services are quite good & priest always do an exceptional job, however the connection better the original information provided & the one spoked during Sankalpa had an error, rest was very good

Love everything about Rudra Centre. Positively charged items, excellent communication, wonderful and caring customer service.
