Ruby Shoo are such a brilliant company to deal with. Delivery is fast and efficient. I have bought from this Company several times and the shoes, boots and handbags are beautiful. They are excellent quality and the shoes and boots are so comfortable to wear. I love them. So does my daugher.

Easy ordering quick delivery and fitted me.

The shoes I received are lovely. But I need to return one pair and even though I have gone through the website instructions on returns, tried to contact them via email and facebook I have not received any response at all so am stuck with no way of returning them or getting a refund. Even if I sent them back now I don't feel confident that I would get any money back anyway.
This is a disgraceful attempt at running a business.

Easy to use website, quick delivery and could not be happier with the product.
I have bought these for my wedding, when I slipped them on, they instantly felt right. They are so soft and comfortable. And the details is incredible.

Purchased in good faith, as my wife loves the brand. The children's gift for her birthday. The quality of handbag was not good and the chain broke on the 1st night used, (clearly poor quality).
I contacted customer service, was given a speedy response that everything would be sorted inc a replacement - Nothing has happened since, despite my emails chasing up.... not impressed - very disappointed.

Fast delivery, boots look good and comfortable

My shoes were rather stiff to put on, although correct size, may have to buy shoe stretchers!

Opening the boxes to find my new purchases filled me with joy to look upon on these beautiful shoes.
Wearing them is a treat, as they are comfortable and different to what I see everyone's else attired in

Shocking returns customer service. Will never buy again

Sent 3 emails and 3 phone messages in the past 7 days to get a returns label. No response at all. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I've never known such bad customer service.Like previous customer will raise it with Trading Standards. Don't buy from this company they deserve to go out of business

Beautiful shoes. I bought the Clara geometric navy shoes and bag, but unfortunately the shoes were too small, so I ordered a size bigger which arrived the next day, the returns portal wasn’t working properly to return the first lot of shoes but as soon as Deb the owner found out she sent me a returns label by email. Shoes returned and refund given. Excellent service, thank you Deb.

Still waiting for return request to be processed since 14th September. I have emailed, phoned and left messages, sent messages on social media but have had zero response. It's now been 10 days and I have two pairs of shoes I need to return. I'm disgusted at the level of customer service when most other places organise returns instantly. I have several pairs of shoes and some handbags from Ruby Shoo but this is the first time I have tried to return anything and it has totally ruined my experience, I will never order from this company again. AVOID if you are ordering a couple of sizes or styles to try - you won't be able to return for refund because they don't respond, no matter how hard you try to make contact.

Very pleased with the whole process with Ruby Shoes, from ordering to receiving the parcel

I ordered the Olive Melinda shoes and matching clutch bag on the 24 hour delivery option as I needed them quickly. They arrived on time, were well packaged, the shoes fit perfectly (true to size) and they are beautiful. I checked with Deborah in Customer Services to ensure they would arrive on time and received a helpful and friendly reply. Would definitely buy from this company again.

Brought from Ruby Shoo for years but since Belle Divino has taken over the customer service is appalling! I have been emailing since 22nd May about a defective item - after 3 chaser emails I finally got a response that I could have a 25% discount code and to try fix the bag with a sharpie? Not ideal but fine. I’m yet to receive said discount code on 26th August! I have emailed so many times with the last response being 14th July asking for the order number which I already sent in the first email! Ridiculous - you are going to make Ruby Shoo go down the pan lady!

Edit - I received a PayPal partial refund which I was not notified of until today from Deborah. Since she has been trying to argue with me over email about how she has a million things to do an emails slip through the cracks. I simply said maybe she should hire someone to do these things if she has so many things on her plate! I thanked her for the refund but alas she insists on telling a customer how she is right and has so many things to do!

I am trying to return shoes & they do not answer emails.
My returns request has been with tham to 'review' for 4 days.
I guess the tactic is they don't supply me with a returns label & keep my money!!! Absolute amateur business.

I have been trying to get in touch with this company for 10 days, sent emails, phone calls but with no response, I just wanted to send a pair of shoes back, I have bought Ruby shoo shoes before but never again!!

The shoes came perfectly packaged and were as stylish and quirky, as they appeared from their picture. Delivery was prompt with good communication. I will definitely buy from the company again.

The shoes are beautiful and fit well. The reason for the 4 stars is because they do hurt a little at the base/side of my big toe, where toe box starts. Hoping that they break in okay. I have high hopes, as there are several pairs I have my eye on.
