FANTASTIC PRODUCT AND SERVICE
FANTASTIC PRODUCT AND SERVICE: ordered 8 x 22mm rubber ferrules as spares for my elderly mums aluminium walking stick. Arrived very promptly and well packaged.
I tried to screw them in and wasn't going in fully - I called the comoany and explained I had got size from the walking stick product code. A very nice gentleman went over things with me and advised me to put the ferrule on the floor then line up the stick and push in with force - MAGIC worked a treat with a little force and ferrule fitted fully in.
A good tip rather than trying to screw it in.
