I tried 3 other companies who all wanted a minimum order of £20 or £50 and then came across Lifeswonderful Ltd and their website Rubber Ferrules. They were so helpful trying to work through an issue of mine and find a solution. They then found a product that could be adapted to suit our requirement. Great customer service. Good quality products at good price. You can ring customer service and speak to a person. I had a delivery issue and it was dealt with quickly and professionally. Customer services person rang back quickly to let me know the resolution. Got my parcel quickly. Products as described on website and looked like the photos. Website easy to use

Excellent experience with this company. Found them by chance, ordered what I needed, very reasonably priced (£s cheaper for better quality). Royal Mail lost the first delivery but I emailed William, he responded within 5mins, confirming another set would be sent, this set arrived safely. Solid, well made furrules, will definitely be ordering further items. Fantastic customer service A***.
