Excellent customer service.
I bought a rack (APEX platinum with storage) recently from RPM and it was delivered promptly. It took me a while to get around to assembling it but when I did the storage shelves were the wrong size.
I raised a support ticket and was promptly contacted by a very helpful and very nice guy called Adam. He sorted the problem out and was going to send the right ones to me but I am not that far away from the store so I picked them up and returned the wrong ones.
Adam had them waiting for me and even included a gift for the hassle. The whole experience by everyone involved from consultation to support was excellent.
I have bought quite a few things from them over the years and can’t recommend the whole team enough.

Delivery was shambolic customer service was great though
Edited, really good customer service from RPM. Sorted out the problem and have replaced all damaged goods. Original message - Delivery was shambolic, I assume this is more to do with the courier they use than the company. Kit arrived damaged, had to refuse the product and it went back on the van, so will see how this all gets sorted out. No communication from anyone yet.

Hi Claudia, we have been trying to contact you today on your phone and via email without any luck. We received notification over the weekend so contact from us was not going to occur until we were made aware and could respond today. We shipped the order on a pallet, wrapped in perfect condition as we do always. This was paid to be delivered via the pallet network as our orders always do. For some reason unknown to us the haulier removed the goods from the pallet they got damaged as a result. There is no logical reason for them to do this. We will reship the goods again and have already organised this. Appreciate if you could respond to our email or give us a call back. Many Thanks RPM Team

Great mat, great price, and excellent service
I got a top quality exercise mat at a superb price. I had a query about the delivery date (a mistake in the DHL email I think - the delivery was on time after all). Someone from RPM phoned me straight away to see if there's anything they can do to help. Terrific service.
