Great dumbbells, just what I was looking for. Super nice customer service that really helped with a problem I had.

Bought the cross over bundle and the bolts aren’t threaded properly. 3 or 4 in the pack were an issue. I’ll need to buy replacements myself as they aren’t catching the nuts and can’t be tightened. Issue was resolved

Easy online experience. Regular updates via package tracker. Delivery within 2-3 days. Could not fault the service. Excellent.

RPM Power is a fantastic company. I have always had a wonderful experience from them and the quality of their products is top notch. Additionally, the Powerball changed my life. It rehabilitated and strengthened my wrists in ways I had not previously thought possible.

Excellent products also so easy to deal with and very quick with deliverys.

The adjustable weights arrived in perfect condition and well packed. For some reason the packages arrived on seperate dates?

Fast delivery

I bought 2 thighs from that company. First I was bit sceptical but all arrive faster than I expected 💪, and quality PRO level.
Looks like it’s now my favourite company 👍.

The rower itself is really good quality and has everything you need in a home gym…However the foot straps are rubbish and keep coming loose, the were even put on correctly. The instruction manual is also very badly laid out and assumes the rower is partially assembled in figure 1.

All that said the rower is really good especially for the money.

I bought a set of ajustable dumbells their own brand, they are excellent.
The girl in the shop was very knowledgeable and extremely nice to deal with.

Great quality , and prompt delivery. good price too

Very impressed with RPM Power. I’ve been loving my adjustable dumbbells. When I noticed a small defect recently, I reached out to their team and was connected with Rory who made the resolution process completely painless. He was very hands-on, explained exactly what the issue might be and how to trouble shoot, and had a replacement on its way to me within 48 hours.

I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

We have been purchasing equipment from RPM for a few years now, great company to deal with, exceptional staff and customer care. Would definitely recommend them.

Product was great value , very prompt delivery .

Great product but unfortunately some delivery issues (outside of RPM’s control).

Original order was not delivered by GLS,
A girl by name of Denise rang me from RPM. She was both helpful and polite. Apologied for no delivery and reissued order.
She checked I received and cudnt have been more helpful.

I recently ordered from this company. I made a mistake on my order and they rectified it for me within the shipping time frame. Excellent quality product received. Customer service was very helpful. I will be ordering with them again.

good product at a good price and delivered swiftly

I am so pleased with with my purchase. It is really good quality and has everything thing I need for a full body workout. The number of exercises I can do with this equipment is so varied. I love it.

The bands are great and arrived promptly within just a couple of days after ordering them. So that would have been a 5 star service. But, the colour coded guide for resistance levels was wrong. It’s easy to figure out the resistence levels yourself though so it’s not a problem - just something to be aware of.
