Excellent Customer Service and Back-Up Support
We had a minor issue with our RPM Power gym rack, which we had purchased second-hand; communication with them was faultless, customer service, help and support was second to none - despite not having purchased directly from them. I can thoroughly recommend this Company and their quality products. Many thanks to Denise and the technical team.

Top class company
When I bought a product from RPM I bought it because it was the best value product on the market and exactly what I required. What I found incredible was the after sales support received. I had a small issue with the product and the team replied promptly with troubleshooting videos and followed up with an in person call to ensure that everything was working as expected. I found this level of after sales care extraordinary with a special mention to Rory for his call and help. Top class all round
