Really impressed with RPM Power

Really impressed with RPM Power. Ordered a heavy bag and it arrived the very next day, which was brilliant.
The quality of the bag is excellent — very solid, well made and exactly what I needed for my home gym. It feels durable and holds up really well during use.
Overall a great experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you for your recent order with us and for your feedback on Trustpilot, I appreciate you letting us know about your experience.

I acknowledge your comments regarding the size of the attachment.

In fact, the attachment has been originally designed for use on a 75mm x 75mm upright - 50mm and 75mm are the only sized uprights that we sell. We had asked our engineers to make the sizing wide enough to allow easy on/off attachment without scratching the paint on the upright but it is clear from your comments that you consider the spacing a little too large and the seat not tight enough during use, even with the rubber pads that are mounted on the inside surface.

For many users, this is not an issue but I can also understand that you are not satisfied Massimiliano.

Therefore, I have spoken to our in-house engineering team and requested that they manufacture spacing pads to help reduce the amount of movement in the seat. Once these have been made, I will have my shipping team send them to you so that you can fit them to your seat attachment and ensure that the up/down movement during use is reduced.

I hope you will find this solution agreeable and that this will solve the issue that you have experienced with the seat attachment.

Bought a stair climber

Bought a stair climber, which had a fault. The motor cover had fallen off in transit and when used broke a step. Contacted them straight away and they arrange a replacement and an engineer to replace asap, at no cost to me. Kept me informed of progress throughout.

Phenomenal Irish company

Phenomenal Irish company.

The RPM power team are absolutely awesome. I had a minor issue with one of the adjustable dumbbells I ordered from them. I filed a ticket on the website, and Denise from their team called me, assuring me that I would be taken care of.

Their CEO, Rory, called me. I explained my issue, and without hesitation, he realised it was not an issue that could be easily troubleshooted, so he issued me a replacement part.

This level of support has locked me in as a lifetime client. I'm going to build a home gym eventually, and all my gear will be from RPM Power. I'm going to evangelise them to everyone I know.
