Better Garden Recenzje

Excellent customer service. Was contacted throughout the process and when item was out of stock, the team was efficient and helpful in providing replacement.

Exceptional quality product exceeding our expectations.

Good product, prompt delivery. What more can you ask for?

Excellent customer service and a really great product. Garden table, two chairs and custom made cushions. I love it - just what I wanted.

Good quality and arrived sooner thsn expected

We are extremely happy with the cushions that we ordered for our garden furniture. I must add we have had the furniture for over 18 years and it's still in a great condition, to be honest the old cushions came with the furniture but it was time for a change and we are very happy with what we ordered.

Quick reliable service product as stated look lovely in the garden

Great quality product; second to none! Have just bought 4 new chairs to match with existing garden furniture ....... which was purchased over 15 years ago, and still looks as good as the day we had it!! You get what you pay for in quality.

Exactly what I wanted delivered on time at a fair price

Great quality bench. Light and easy to move around. Really comfortable. Classic design will go with anything. Easy to clean.

Extremely pleased with the quality of the furniture and the service we received.

Very accommodating and prompt service with online purchases. Accessories range is limited for example no covers or tablecloths for patio sets which I found disappointing

Excellent service would recommend to anyone.

They have been really helpful as I ordered the wrong table for my daughter who lives in Basingstoke and I live in the Isle of Wight

First class Company. Excellent products and very fast delivery. Good packaging and instructions. Very easy to assemble.

Extremely happy with quality of table and chairs

Needed new chair and table feet along with a new set of cushions for our garden furniture. Found Grant to be more than helpful and as one would expect, highly knowledgeable of his products which made the whole process extremely quick, painless and efficient. Unfortunately with this new facelift to our set we will not be back for a while but I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality garden set at affordable prices along with good aftersales experience to visit this site!

Great service. Very responsive and honoured a warranty (in a very timely manner) with no problems.

Exceptional service from Royal Garden and their UK Sales Manager, Scott Barber.

I purchased a table and four chairs in 2002 and the hexagonal nuts on the table are beginning to rust. I emailed the company in the afternoon of Wednesday 27 September asking if replacements were available and received a reply within hours requesting product codes which I was able to supply.

Mr Barber confirmed the following day that they were checking stock with Germany and later that day confirmed availability and that a package would be sent to me. UBS confirmed a few hours later that a parcel was on its way and I received a full assembling set on Monday 2 October - FOC.

First class service all round.
