Scammers

Iv tried to contact them multiple times and no real response and I had no tracking number when I placed my order.

Always great service

The service is great. Estimated delivery provided on order and full tracking. Bought three pairs of shoes and love them all.

Excellent all round!

Website is easy to navigate and ordering and returns are set up to make things hassle free for the customer. Great stuff ROXY and I highly recommend!

Do not waste your time, money or energy

Absolutely horrendous customer service. It took 2 weeks to deliver my order to begin with and I had no updates on its status despite trying to contact the customer support.

I've returned the order over a month ago, but have not received my refund and again, when trying to get in touch they respond with an automated message. No way to call or contact a live person. I'll be trying to claim a refund through my bank, but really recommend not wasting your time or energy with this business. By far one of the worst online retail experiences I've had.

Terrible customer service.

Ordered an item on 4th December. Still not delivered almost 3 months later. Sent multiple emails with no response.
It’s a shame that such good brand can let themselves down this way. Sort my order or provide a refund.
