Great product and an even better customer service!

Great bracelet and even better customer service. Had an issue with the bracelet and Bryce responded in just a few hours and sending a replacement. This is real customer service!

These guys have an excellent product, and excellent customer service. I’ve bought three of their bracelets now. One of them had an issue after wearing it for several months, and the Rowdy Parrot team sent me out TWO replacement bracelets. Highly recommended this brand.

Great customer service and awesome warranty! Would purchase again!

I can’t say enough about Rowdy Parrot customer service! I had an issue that they went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. Rowdy Parrot sets a standard for how customer service should respond and respect us customers. Awesome people!!

Great products, great people!

Product is a great quality. Also, we had some issues with shipping and Rowdy Parrot resent the item once they learned that my item got lost. It was to my door in a few days. I appreciate the great customer service.

The agent I was in contact with was very professional and worked swiftly to resolve my issue.

Awesome experience! Replaced my broken rowdy parrot bracelet no questions asked!

Thank you!
Stay rowdy!

We had an issue with a bracelet and they responded within a few hours and sent a replacement! The bracelet is perfect and customer service is top notch!!

Fast and efficient customer service, a pleasure to deal with

Great product, even better customer service. Bryce is top notch! Highly recommend.

Love the spartan bracelet!!! Great fit, great feel. I guarantee I will buy more from this company. My friend and I battle over who’s cooler, now I’m the clear front runner. Suck it Joe!!!

The chances of me remembering to take off a bracelet before doing dishes/swimming/showering are pretty slim. Previous leather or canvas bracelets just end up getting funky or moldy. Rowdy Parrot's Spartan is just what I'd been looking for! Fantastic customer service, too!
