RWDY by Rowdy Parrot Recenzje

I have purchased 2 bracelets and they both are great. I live in Florida so I need something that I can get wet and sweat in on the golf course. The leather bracelets just fall apart after a while. The customer service department is awesome to work with. You can't go wrong buying a Rowdy Parrot.

In this day and age, to find a company that truly places great customer service to the forefront, is hard to find. I found that company in Rowdy Parrot. My minimalist bracelet broke and I really was going to just write it off and move on. But I didn’t. I sent an email to Rowdy Parrot, included a picture of my broken bracelet, and asked, “Is this thing covered?” Right away I was informed that a new replacement bracelet was on its way. Not only did Chapin send a new minimalist bracelet, a new more expensive bracelet was in my package as well. Long story short, Rowdy Parrot now has a new customer for life. Thanks Chapin, I’m spreading the word to all my buddies to support you.

Amazing product. Even better owners & cause!

Rowdy Parrot stands behind their products 100%. I have had to return several bracelets with no problem at all!!! Amazing Company!!!

Hello everyone and Happy Labor Day weekend!
On Friday the 4th I purchased online from Amazon a Rowdy Parrot Sharkhead bracelet. (First time customer).
And, I cant say enough great things about there bracelets, the styles, the fit, the comfort, and the high quality is absolutely superior!

So, much so, I purchased two more bracelt's on Saturday and I just received them today, and both of these bracelets are of the same great fit, looks, style, comfort and quality.

This beach wear style jewelry by Rowdy Parrot (Chapin and Bryce) - the owners, their jewelry is by far heads and shoulders from any jewelry designes and makers that are out in the market today.

In years past, I've purchased various artists beach and snowboarding designed jewelry and not one them had the same quality, fit and design features of Rowdy Parrots designs.

And, on a sidenote, Rowdy Parrots customer service is excellent! There a true example of 100% business customer service professionalism. You rarely ever see that in any retail or manufacture insustry, but, Rowdy Parrot truly embodies and practices that idealism. Their customer service and there warranties, are excellent without question, there courteous, responsive and they immediately address any concerns or questions that I might have.

And being a lifelong surfer and snowboarder, I will proudly be a lifetime customer and wear and endorse Rowdy Parrot products.
And, did I mention, Rowdy Parrot is an American based company!

Thank you Rowdy Parrot for making these high quality fashionable products.

Regards, Ky.

Love the bracelets!

The Rowdy Parrot driftwood bracelet is awesome. I have had multiple over the years and the Rowdy Parrot crew is always quick to respond to my questions or requests regarding the warranty. Amazing customer service - I love this company!

Great product, sure. However, what really sets Rowdy Parrot apart is their customer service. There was a minor issue with the shipping and they basically told me, “Don’t worry… we’ve got you” and sent out a new order with expedited delivery just in time for my vacation. I’ll shop here again just for that. Thanks to everyone at Rowdy Parrot… especially Chapin! 🫡

Great experience! Spoke to owner today and he is professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. He cares about his customers. I love their bracelets. Quality product. Thank you.

I got the Spartan bracelet for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved it! It did end up breaking, but their customer service was amazing—they sent me two replacements for free. Great quality and even better service!

Super good products and customer service !!!

I cannot rave about RP enough! May be the best run business I’ve come across in any category. I ordered the spartan bracelet on Amazon and it did not come with the pouch as well as a slight tear in the band. I emailed and explained the situation. They asked for my information and that was it. A week later I received a brand new bracelet and also another bracelet I’ve never seen before. Oh yeah..and a metal wallet. Outstanding customer service! The product is amazing. I wear it everyday and get compliments left and right. Will definitely be buying more. The way a business should be run. Thanks so much!

Great products you can wear everywhere. Whatever they do to the rubber is amazing. Never any sweat smell. I never take the Golden American Flag bracelet off. I have seen people stare at it. When I bought it one of the little magnets was not glued in on the extension piece. I contacted Rowdy Parrot and they immediately resolved it and actually gave me another other bracelet. They stand behind their excellent product. I wear it everywhere I never take it off.

There is no way a company could stand by their product so completely unless it is actually that good. After a fluke issue with the wooden cross inlay on a bracelet I ordered and then a problem with USPS that they had no control over, the team at Rowdy Parrot bent over backwards to see me happy. The communication with them was direct and instant through text and I was offered not just replacement but whatever products I wanted to make things right. This told me everything I need to know about this business. They are obviously profitable and would not be if they had to do what they did for me very often. Everything they say about their products are true. I now have several different bracelets and the designs are beautiful…really cool. The materials are unique and seem like they will last forever, no matter where you wear them or if you ever take them off. With this level of warranty and customer support, you have nothing to loose.

Rowdy Parrot is a true testament to American craftsmanship. Their products are of exceptional quality, and their customer service is equally impressive. It’s refreshing to find an American company that genuinely cares about its customers and goes above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction. From the amazing products to the outstanding support, and the team you can trust, Rowdy Parrot is a highly recommended choice.

I had an issue with an Amazon order and decided to just go to the source. The company website had a number to text and the customer service I found on the other end was like nothing I have seen in decades. These guys really stand by their product. And it’s a good thing because I don’t think I could have found a bracelet that I like better. If you’re on the fence, don’t be!

Unbelievable customer service!

Top notch! My bracelet broke after a year and a half of every day wear. I reached out about their guarantee and they were great!! Prompt response, friendly and when they sent the replacement for free they sent me a second bracelet for free as well. It is a different one from the replacement and I love it. This company has me for life now! Well done!

Great products along with excellent service. I definitely recommend them to everyone as I continue to be a fan.

Chapin came through, no questions asked, and sent me my replacement for the broken bracelet. Awesome warranty work!
