I was impressed with the level of service from the staff of Rowanvale Books in the publication of my book. All of them were competent, helpful and courteous throughout the processes. I was pleased with the expertise and patience shown, particularly as I am aged 94 with limited knowledge of book publishing procedures.

Rowanvale Books provided excellent publishing services. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. For my first novel I couldn't have chosen a better team to work with.

The communication, collaboration, and teamwork are excellent.
Publishing for my first time was daunting but the team was supportive and informative through every step, as well as willing to accept feedback on how to make it easier for the next first-timer.
The publishing process is not without hiccups (e.g. a preferred paper type is not compatible with the text/media), but the company is so well organized that any issues are minor ones, quickly and smoothly resolved.
I definitely recommend Rowanvale Books.

I have published four books with Rowanvale. Each experience has been a pleasure. No matter which individual you work with, you are guaranteed to have a professional who is also friendly and helpful. I love all of the different teams I have worked with during the publication process.

My publishing journey with Rowanvale was an absolute delight. The entire team were not only professional but friendly as well.
I have worked with other publishing companies/editors and believe me they do not live up to their grandiose promises, which are delivered half-way or not at all. The entire process was one of pleasure.

From start to finish I was very satisfied with the service provided.
I would definitely recommend Rowanvale books.
