I ordered a Christian book from them. An extra book came and they charged me for it. They would not refund me for the extra book or allow me to return it. I finally found my copy of the order and I never even ordered it. They sent it and charged me for it!

I had the worst experience ever with this company. Left my package by the trash cans, didn’t inform me that it had been delivered, and refused to give me a full refund. I went around and around with this company. They are the worst. Stay away!

I ordered a book that took almost a month to get here. And it said that it had
Helped to teach you. I'll just study the bible. There was maybe 1 to 2 pages per week. I asked for reaund and I said, I would send the books back. They would have not been used. They are not what I expected. I was told they could not refund me even though that's what their site says that. If the books were unused that they would refund, you. I have set multiple emails. They keep telling me because it was on sale. A book that isn't worth twenty dollars sold for thirty. There is no way anybody would buy it for their what they say is their nonsell price of like eighty dollars. For being in church, most of my life and reading the bible, I could not even make out what they were talking about. In the first two pages. Please do that. Spend your money on this book. Just read the word of God. I told them that this is a scam and they should be ashamed.

I thought I was ordering an original copy of "The Bible in a Year: A 52 week Journey Through God's Word". What I received was a poor quality, imitated copy of a copyrighted book that someone else created. They even left off the copyright page. This is illegal. Do not buy from them.

If I could give them a negative star I would! This company is a scam. I ordered 1 workbook for $29.99 and my credit card was charged $39.99. I was just alerted today my credit card was charged again for $39.99! I was able to get onto their website which I noticed they had set up an account and then realized they charged me for a monthly subscription which I didn’t know about. There is a FB group set up for all the people who have had this problem as well. There are many people as well as a warning ⛔️ posted.

They won’t stop the subscription that I did not sign up for they keep attempting to charge my bank card, but my bank card blocked it and we had to do it twice. They don’t answer any of their emails. I’ve tried phone numbers there a scam.

I placed a $100 order. My fiancée had already ordered from another company. So I emailed them to cancel the same day and no one responded. They definitely had not shipped, probably didn’t even have the order in process. I’ve yet to receive my order, but I don’t think I’ll be a satisfied customer in the end. I’m not going to open any of the product and ask for a return refund jto see if I get a reply. I have a feeling I will not get a reply. Buyer beware is my advice. DO NOT BUY FROM RONVENA!

This company scammed me. I'm gonna go the full length with this. Bbb needs to be involved and my visa will be getting called tomorrow. Scammmmmm don't buy

Die Artikel wurden vor Weihnachten bestellt und nun ist Ende Februar. Noch nichts erhalten. Auch keine Rückmeldung auf meine Mail.
Ganz schlechter Service, gar nicht zu empfehlen.

Passé une commande en janvier 2025 pour un sèche-cheveux que je n'ai jamais reçu malgré le paiement de CHF 84.90 !!!!!!
Inutile d'envoyer des mails, un message automatique vous indique que celui-ci n'a jamais été délivré !!!!

Hat jemand eine Kontaktadresse von denen?Website, Instagram ist ja alles abgeschaltet....ich habe via Twint eine Nachverfolgung veranlasst, in der Hoffnung mein Geld zurück zu erhalten...allerdings muss man nachweisen mit den Händler Kontakt aufgenommen zu haben...ohne Mailadresse o.ä aber irgendwie unmöglich...

Auch icb bin leider auf diese Betrüger reingefallen. Hab am 17.12.2024 den 5 in1 Haarstyler für 80 Eur gekauft und bis heute garnichts bekommen.
Emails werden nicht beachtet oder beantwortet.
Was mich noch mehr verärgert ist, dass diese Seite immernoch online ist und Leute abzockt!

Gibt es hier jemand der sich mit Sammelklagen auskennt? Und wer würde sich dieser anschliessen?

Dieses Unternehmen scheint Fake zu sein. Ich hab zwar meine Ware vor einigen Monaten erhalten (anders als in anderen Bewertungen hier), jedoch ist das Produkt nach einigen Wochen Benutzung bereits kaputt gegangen. Als ich es reklamiert habe über das Online Kontaktformular, habe ich nie eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Jetzt sehe ich die ganzen Bewertungen hier und verstehe warum. Ich hoffe, man kann rechtlich etwas gegen solche Menschen tun oder gemeinsam als Kunden eine Maßen-Beschwerde beim Verbraucheramt abgeben.

Leider erst im Nachhinein die Bewertungen gelesen. Bestellt,bezahlt und niemals was erhalten. Auch auf mehrmaliges schreiben keine einzige Antwort bekommen.
Ärgert mich, kanns aber nicht mehr ändern. Hoffe das Karma schlägt zurück.
