Less than 1 Star. All the reviews below are correct. Complete SCAM. Cheap, crappy Chinese made goods, no refund, no returns address, no Noosa "mother and daughter" crap.

Buyer beware. This is a scam, the exact same advertising is now under the name Lily or Ivy Sydney. There is no local business under this name in Noosa. I had done some checks prior to placing an order, but still got caught.

I spent in total over $200 and only received half my order and I was then offered a 20% refund when I complained.
The two products that I did receive were nothing like what i expected and the quality is digusting.
I also paid shipping protection what a total fraud.
This is a fraudulent company, they are Chinese and certainly not an Australian mother and daughter company which is what they advertise themselves as.

This company is a real rip off. The bag i received just had a screen printed image on it. Was advertised as a padded quilted bag. Do not deal with this company. To add insult i was offered 20% of the amount I paid. Total insult!

Save your money. Don't go with this company if you value your money. This company is also trading under rosie and pearl v2, they are not a mother and daughter company in Noosa. They are cheap Chinese clothing from China. Report them to Australia consumer affairs. They are all a scam, I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing my clothing

Worst online shopping experience I've ever had

The overalls I received looked nothing like the photos on the website. The fit, quality and stitching were very poor, and the products did not match what was advertised.

The company advertises a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, but in my experience they do not honour it. I requested a return and refund within the stated period, but instead of providing a return address, they repeatedly tried to persuade me to keep the items. Over the course of 10 emails, they kept sending almost identical replies, first offering a 10% refund, then 15%, then 20%, or asking me to choose another item from their store instead of processing my return.

Another reason I chose this business was because the website presents itself as "Rosie & Pearl Noosa" and displays a warehouse address in Noosa, Queensland. However, my order was shipped from overseas. The garments also arrived without any country of origin information on the label. When I asked about this, customer service told me they source their products from "talented artisans from overseas". Had this been made clear before I purchased, I would not have placed the order, as I specifically wanted to support an Australian business.

After exhausting every attempt to resolve the issue directly, the only way I could pursue my refund was to open a dispute with my credit card company.

If you've had a similar experience, I also recommend reporting it to Scamwatch (ACCC) and your state's Consumer Affairs agency, as well as contacting your credit card provider if the merchant refuses to honour its advertised refund policy.

This is NOT an Australian company as they try to make out. Not from Noosa. When I tried to pay with my credit card the payment was rejected as, fortunately, I have overseas transactions blocked. It is NOT a mother & daughter as claimed. Do not be sucked in. Read the reviews.

As per previous reviews (which I wish I'd read earlier), this one of THE most dishonest sites I've ever engaged with. They are definitely NOT an Australian owned family business! Their clothing is cheap Chinese rubbish. I have been emailing for a refund and they've admitted they have no domestic return address eventhough they claim to be located in Noosa! They have offered a percentage of of my purchase which increases by 5% in each return email. So disappointing that META allows this kind of activity on FB...shame on both entities!

SCAMMERS! Rosie & Pearl advertise they are a Noosa company, but there is no shop or warehouse in Noosa - they have confirmed this in an email to me. Their clothes are shoddy, badly made, misshapen, erratically sewn. What they advertise online is absolutely NOT what you receive. DO NOT purchase anything from this offshore company.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I bought some overalls, they are nothing like the picture and the sizing was way off. I contacted Rosie & Pearl via email on a number of times. Every time they replied with the exact same reply and stating they would give me a 10% refund. DO NOT buy from this so called boutique unless you want a piece of crap that's only good for a rag from china.

This online shop calling themselves 'Rosie and Pearl Noosa' is a complete scam. Don't buy anything from them unless you want to waste your money on garbage products and then they try to get you to pay more for return postage. It appears they are linked to other dodgy online shops..Stay away people

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. STAY AWAY. Don't believe what is on their website. My mother-in-law purchased a top for $65, and it was cheap and nasty, nothing like advertised. They say a 30-day money-back guarantee. Don't be sucked in. They will not give a refund and want you to pay postage in US dollars to send the item back before they will refund 10%. WTF, even the local phone number on the website is fake and is the local address. SCAMMERS.....
