SCAM Company bought a dress that was poorly made, returned for a refund. After months of emailing back and forth saying they are looking into it and awaiting parcels delivery to them. I have now received the dress back from China. 5 months of emails now forwarded to PayPal.

Totally a scam. DO NOT purchase. I returned a parcel to China - not Adelaide - which eventually made it's way back to me. I am out of pocket for a dress and postage as well.

Looks like Im another SUCKER for a company based in Adelaide which is really in China.. Bought 3 items returned them to China 23 Jan 25, now mid March.. still undelivered. Dont touch this company EVER!

I purchased a dress from ROSIE-LU.com.au, but it was poorly made with thin polyester instead of the advertised 100% linen. I contacted the seller for a refund, and they first offered a 10% refund, then 30%, or the option to return the dress to China, not Adelaide as claimed. After further research, I discovered the business seemed suspicious, prompting me to escalate the issue to PayPal with lots of photo evidence for “ Significantly Not As Described “ claim.
PayPal provided an address ( postcode was incorrect so check it) in Oaklands Park, SA, which was a residential property, not a business. I returned the dress with tracking and submitted proof, including Aus Post safe drop photo and Google Earth screenshots of address showing same letterbox. After delays over a month, PayPal ruled in my favor and refunded me after a follow up call.
I strongly advise against purchasing from ROSIE-LU.com.au due to misleading practices and poor-quality products.

Everything your reading is true about this company I ordered a dress when I received it,it was nothing like the photos I ordered it from! poor quality it was horrible,I was under the impression the company was based in Adelaide and received the parcel from Singapore,and certainly wasn’t true to size when I tried to return it they made some excuse telling me if I still felt the same in 14 days I would be given a refund,then again when I tried for a second time the company ghosted me and wouldn’t reply I contacted PayPal as that was my payment method and they investigated the case and told me again I wasn’t eligible for a refund even though on reading the return policy before I made the purchase it stated if the item didn’t fit or I was unhappy with the purchase I was indeed entitled to a refund!!!

The dress I ordered was nothing at all like described and pictured on the advert. Terrible quality material. Totally unwearable. When I contacted them for a refund (also advertised) they asked for pictures/video then said I was outside their 14day return policy. It's a SCAM!

Rosie-Lu is a scam company using photos from other websites and making cheap, bad quality imitation versions.
They also promote a 30 day returns guarantee but provide an incorrect China address for returns. I paid money for my return in good faith ($67.30) and they now claim the return no longer meets their strict returns policy as it is now over 14 days!

This business is revolting, not only do the have misleading advertising, the products are nothing as described (polyester not linen), they look nothing like stock photos and when you try and return their crap product they give you the run around until the return date has passed.
When they finally provide a return address it is fake also.

Everything everyone else is saying. I ordered items over a month ago. No sign of them.
"Customer service" won't issue a refund because I'm not returning my products. I haven't received them!!
And if I ever do, I will need to pay for postage to China, even though the website (scam) says they are based in Adelaide, Australia.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this online site! They are saying they are based in Adelaide and say 100% refunds but don’t state that the returns are sent back to China that is to be paid by me!! Poor quality and the outfit was nothing like the picture which said was linen fabric, definitely not linen material at all!! Such a waste of money will never wear this outfit so will send it to charity!! So disappointed

Do NOT get sucked in to buying anything from this store. Linen dress!! I don’t think so. Looks like it came from
Temu but worse. Honestly I am gutted I got sucked in by this website. It is NOT Australian it is cheap crap.

Worst company I have ever dealt with, I ordered before Christmas and still haven’t received my full order.

Terrible fake products , give you the run around, when you are trying to get a refund. Items were very poor quality no tags cheap , and if you want to return they give you a fake address unvalid address from china
Stay aware buyers beware

As per every other review here, I did not do research on the company and received a sub standard ‘linen’ (poly cotton) dress. Was never going to get anywhere with the generic email responses, so have put the experience down to bad luck. Will definitely not fall into this trap in the future.

If I could give no stars I would. This company is an absolute scam. They are not based in Adelaide as they say on their website but in China! The pictures of products they advertise have clearly been stolen from another company. The dress I received like everyone else was 100% polyester, cheap & of very poor quality. Absolutely unwearable. I didn’t even try it on! I too have been going back & forth for a refund getting the run around offering me twice a percentage off the price & then an offer of a gift card. I am never ordering a thing from them again!! I am glad I have not sent the dress back as it seems that doesn’t even get you a refund but ends up costing you more in postage. I have reported them to the ACCC. This company should not be allowed to sell to Australian consumers!

Cheaply made dress not worth the sale price let alone what they say is the full price! Doesn't look like the one modelled on the website and took ages to arrive. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. I am not going to bother trying to get a refund. From what I am reading from other customers, it isn't worth the time or the effort. The dress looks like it was made in 10 mins!

I really wished I did a check on this company. Eventually my items arrived 3 wks later from china and it’s terrible, nothing like the picture.
They make you think it’s an Australian based company operating from Adelaide.
I did contact them for a refund & they are going back & forth with emails offering 10% refund. Then 30%. I’ve got the shits & reported them to PayPal for my refund. Let’s hope paying via this able to get a full refund. 🙏

DO NOT BUY, SCAM!!! My review is the same as the rest here but in the end, because I didn’t trust them to refund my money after going to the expense and effort of sending the piece of crap back to them in China, I took their offer of a 30% refund, so instead of paying $60, I paid $42 for something I threw straight in the bin where it belonged.

Geez I wish I read these reviews before ordering, especially as so many others have had recent experiences too. Bought a dress on sale and what a bloody waste of $65. Who on earth would have bought it for double that price. You would have been crying. NOTHING like the picture, came from China but saying they are based in Adelaide. Worse than Temu who would have charged $20 and don't pretend to be something else. So disappointing and angry at the same time. AVOID THEM unless you want to throw away money. It's the deception and lie that's unethical. I'll report them to the ACCC too and won't even bother wasting my time on a refund based on eveyone else's experience. Please if you are thinking of buying from here STOP, DON'T DO IT

China-based store purporting to be Australian. Clothing not as described and despite having a Returns policy that says you can return items, they will refuse returns. Customer service is extremely poor. AVOID.
