Sub standard goods returned to Rosemere London in CHINA at a cost of £20. Refund of £69 not received. I have provided tracking numbers to the company the package has arrived in China somewhere. This company is effectively stealing your money.

Chinese company, nothing to do with London, goods are not in stock, they are manufactured on demand, long delivery times. If you try to cancel, they will tell you this can only be done within 30 minutes of placing the order, which is clearly illegal and insist the goods will be shipped. If you then want to return the package, you have to send it to:

AVOID!!!!! paid £38.90 for a pair of shoes, that are NOT as described..... This company ships out of CHINA. They are not London based.......They list an office in the Netherlands. For refunds you have to post the item back to them in China! not the Netherlands. (not cheap!)..........The item was poor, cheap, and worthless. They are a disgrace!!!! Shame on you!!!

Horrific. Do not buy from. China based, not London. Took 6 weeks to arrive and cheap crap plastic shoes.

If I could give a minus -10000 I would . TOtAL scammers based in china ! Took months to arrive , quality was so low you could use as a tea towel . Tried to post back at a cost of £26- 4 months ago - now they are saying it hasn't cleared customs and I can only get 50% back . Please ban this company . I am getting legal advice at the moment as they have stolen over £100 of mine . Never use these absolute horrible people !!!

I wish I checked the trustpilot prior placing an order. As everyone says arrived the package 3 weeks after and the quality is very poor. Doesn’t worth the money paid at all. I would avoid buying from this company. Returns are to be sent to China and we have to bear the shipping and custom charges if any. Very disappointing. Avoid this store completely.

Please avoid this company at all costs. They purport to be London based, but sell extremely cheap and poor quality clothing shipped in from China. Deliveries are excruciatingly slow, and the quality is awful once it finally arrives. Their customer service is appalling - for broken goods they offer a 20% refund unless you are willing to shop the items back to China at your own expense. One of the worst consumer experiences I have had the misfortune to experience.

I would give them no stars if I could and -5 stars if there is I ordered two pop plants and they advertise them with a lady showing too fully sized flowerpots when I ordered them they come and all you’ve got was one stem each they are completely fraudulent and should be reported the refuse my refund and they said that they can send it back but it would cost me more money to send a bank than the product was worth. They should not be in business. They should be taken down from any trading sites as they are completely fraudulent 200%.

Do not order from this company! The clothing is poor quality and not a true fit. Their website states they’re based in London and it’s easy to return if needed, but this is not true. The goods are shipped from China. Package arrived without documentation, no order number or instructions on how to return item! I contacted them by email and was informed I’d have to ship back to China at my own cost. I’ve been left feeling I was scammed. I’ve contacted my bank to see if they can investigate through trading standards. Not feeling hopeful. It was a lesson learnt!

The item was supposed to be XL and couldn't have fitted a child. It was also very badly made, very poor material.
When I asked for their address to return it, they said it would cost me as much as my order since it is in China. And offered instead a 20% refund. So had the choice between losing all my money or 80% of it. And wasted a lot of time messaging an AI service for nothing.

Ordered a shirt said 3 to 5 days delivery six weeks later no shirt, finally arrived nothing like like in the pictures, quality very very poor, ordered a large wouldn't fit on a doll, they state easy return is a joke and a refund ignore the pictures on there site

Total rubbish made and shipped from China by a company masquerading as a London based supplier. Trading Standards should look into companies under the misinterpretation laws. Don’t buy from this rubbish Chinese company!!! You won’t get a refund unless you ship the product back to China at your cost.

Quality is terrible the oversized t-shirts are not oversize the shorts are disgusting and if you want to return then you have to pay a minimum of 20 to £30 because the returns address is overseas. The both products cos around £50. Yet they have the cheek to name their products in London.

I ordered a pair of sandals from this fraudulent company and they took forever to arrive....now I know why as they came over on a slow boat from China!!
They finally arrived weeks after ordering and I have never seen such cheap tat in all my life.. they were made of the cheapest materials and must have cost all of £2 to produce, they were nothing like the description on the website.
I immediately asked for a refund, when they eventually replied they said I would need to cover the cost to return them to China in order to get my money back!
The sandals were £32 and return postage would be practically the same cost as what I paid for them!
After many emails back and forth complaining they eventually offered me 30% refund!!
I am now left with a cheap, shoddy pair of sandals that I will never wear!
I sent them links to the reviews on here and asked them how they can live with themselves ripping off innocent people and how they can call their company Rosedale 'London' when they get all their produce from China!!! 🇨🇳
Needless to say they didn't reply!!

Do not use terrible company, they are complete con artists. Delivery took weeks, the cloths were very bad quality and sized completely wrong, if possible to get your money back. Do not use these robbers.

Very long delivery time and although the style of sandal is the same the colour and quality are a disappointment!
A cheep version

Do not buy anything from them. They're a bunch of con artists. I bought some trousers from them, meant to be slim but they are not. Trying to get a refund is virtually impossible. They will give you 10%, then when you're not happy with that they will offer 20%. Post the trousers back which will cost £30 pounds then a refund will be issued after 3 months

This is basically a Chinese company pretending to be London based. Stock comes from china so takes ages, the sizes do not align to uk and when you try returning it’s almost impossible. Avoid so you don’t waste your money
