Craftsmanship at its best
Purchased an ‘Aria’ metal coffee table in gold.
Really beautiful table, expensive, but worth every penny given the quality of the craftsmanship. Wanted a bespoke size and communicated with Lewis who was friendly, professional and made the transaction easy and with confidence. Delivery was as requested and the table was packaged very well. Will return to RW in future for my furniture needs.

Very good quality bespoke TV stand
I saw a TV stand on the Rose & Walker website that I liked the look of and enquired about the bespoke options they mentioned.
In no time at all I had an email giving me a price and estimated timescales.
The item arrived on Friday and I’m extremely pleased with the end product. It honestly exceeded my expectations and is a beautiful piece.
So great, responsive service. Excellent product and great value for money in my opinion.

Quality furniture, excellent customer service
We recently ordered a side table which arrived really well packaged and was great quality. We then accidentally smashed the glass top (which was completely our fault nothing to do with the delivery). I contacted their customer service and within a couple of hours they had sorted me out a replacement at a very reasonable price. Great service and quality products. Highly recommended

Nice quality small desk
I needed a small desk for a particular space. Tracked this down on Rose & Walker website - a credit to the indexing of the website since finding an item like this by searching is not easy. Desk arrived in good time, well packed and is exactly as described and shown. Good quality and reasonable price. Very pleased with purchase.

Terrible customer service
I ordered two oak top side tables, which were delivered on 6th December. I informed you straight away that one of the oak tops was damaged, and attached photos. Since then, in conversations online, you have promised to send a replacement top but have failed to do so. I was then told that the top would be sent out on 14th January..then you said it had actually left your premises on 16th January and you would email me the tracking information. You have not provided this information and the replacement oak top has not been delivered to me to date. This experience is a shame, as I really like the table design and construction. I hope the company will respond and fulfil the table top replacement.

Your replacement top is now due to be dispatched on Thursday as per our latest email.
As mentioned in the original email, the top wasn’t damaged it’s just the natural character of the oak. However, as a goodwill gesture we agreed to replace it.

Excellent product and customer service
Excellent quality products, and fantastic customer service, especially from Lewis who went out of his way to help after DHL monumentally messed up the delivery on multiple occasions. My only suggestion for improvement: stop using DHL!
