Great service everything a really good value

The Sarah Louise occasion dress I purchased for my three year old is a show-stopper and perfect for her upcoming christening day. Not only does it feature an adorable V-back design, adorned with pearls and a statement bow, the high quality fabric makes it both beautiful and comfortable. Kate and her team were incredibly helpful and always available to answer any questions. Their expertise, attention to detail and genuine care ensured a perfect fit and made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. My little one feels like a true princess in this dress, thanks again girls for all your help. ❤️

She said yes to the dress…I was recommended by another company to Rose and Albert after my daughter’s holy communion dress was no longer suitable following a disaster. Bear in mind this is 3 days before the communion and my daughter is very petite for her age. Kate @rose and Albert couldn’t have been more helpful the evening I needed help, she sent me several pictures of dresses she had in stock that she thought would fit and arranged for us to come in the following morning to try them on. She was patient, allowed her to try them all on several times before she made her decision and just made a real fuss of her. She’s saved the day and I couldn’t be more thankful. I highly recommend anyone who’s thinking of a dress for their child’s special day to reach out to Kate you won’t be disappointed.

I've recently ordered the Sarah Louise Ivory Satin & Tulle Occasion Dress and I have to give credit where credit is due. The dress is beautiful and great quality. However, roseandalbert retailer is an insult to this designer. The state in which the dress was packed and deliver was disgusting. The box was barely kept together by tape and inside was this dress thrown on a piece of paper wihout any additional protection. The dress could have been damaged so easily and the box was absolutely horrendous. Bear in mind that they will charge you £4.95 for said 'packaging' for any occasion wear, despite being over £80 and qualifying for feed delivery. This is not mentioned anywhere on the website. I truly didn't mind paying that but at least have the decency to pack the goods propely. Sarah Louise goods can be found with other retailers such as childrensalon so I wouldn't bother to order form this retailer. You'd have a high chance your goods will be destroyed in transit.
I also wanted to mention that I've found some minor defects: the eye from the sewing hook was missing and there was a small stain on the dress. This shows poor standards and poor quality checks.
A final edit: I've just read Kate's response to one of the one star review where she claims they put the ocasion wear in a white reusable box and then in a plastic bag. This is a LIE! The dress I ordered was in a brown cardboard box, they type you'd see in a warehouse, and in such a state that you'd think they stomped on it before dispatching. I'd only wish I could upload picture here because I still have the box.

The selection of clothes for my Grandaughter and Grandson was excellent. I was spoiled for choice but got 2 beautiful outfits with the help of Kate. Excellent service and selection and great quality clothing at great prices. I’ll definitely be back!

I returned 2 expensive communion dresses . Weeks ago you said you refunded them but my PayPal has not received it. I am a single mum and am struggling to pay my bills as i have nor accounted for this! You did say you would ring me back today and I have received nothing! This is morally wrong.
