I placed an order on 20th January 2025 and still not received (now 26th February) have chased numerous of times, either no answer from the phone or get told they will get back to me. Nothing has happened yet! Even though I have paid for this item.

Would rate a 0 if I could for this absolute joke of a company! I placed an order on 16/07/24, which I haven’t received to this day. Tried reaching out to the company multiple times via email, online contact form, Instagram, phone, and had no response whatsoever! Ive raised a dispute with my bank. They are still active on social media everyday but can’t be bothered to reply to a customer! Definitely some sort of fraudulent business, I’m so disappointed and angry.
