I RECEIVED MY REFUND. SO I RESPECT THEM FOR THAT. BUT I WOULDN'T USE THEM AGAIN. JUST THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BUT ME OFF. APPRECIATE THE SPEEDY REFUND THOUGH.

I have never had contact from this seller. No tracking number. An just feel like its a scam. I could be wrong but I just don't know. Seems very suspicious the way they deal with there customers. I will come back an change the review. If anything changes but at this point, I would avoid them till then.
GOT UP THIS MORNING AN NOW THEY HAVE CANCELLED MY ORDER. WHICH I DIDN'T REQUEST!! AN THEY SAY I WILL BE REFUNDED. WHICH AT THIS MOMENT, I HAVE NOT GOT MY MONEY BACK! WILL UPDATE IF I DO RECEIVE IT. BUT I PROMISE ANYONE THAT THIS RON ELECTRONICS IS A REALLY BAD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. IF IT IS A BUSINESS AT ALL.

Placed an order before checking reviews.
After checking reviews we were a bit concerned as the feedback wasn't the best, but all OK we got the item in a good time and for a good price.
Will definitely buy from seller again.

The items are legit, but the customer service is severely lacking.

There is one person who deals with all customer service, Liam. He is great but overwhelmed it seems.

It took me several weeks to get a refund, and I had to hassle them daily. I had actually given up and it wasn't a cheap part. I did go through the whole returns process and get my money back eventually.

Overall, the tiny amount you will save Vs other outlets, is not worth the lack of peace of mind and potential problems.

Seems Rons is active to try and get negative reviews removed as well. Twice I have been asked for purchase proof by trustpilot or the review will be removed. I have provided proof twice but still being asked

Service was simple and easy with great prices. Product was sent fast and delivered with no issues.

Great experience from start to receiving item.

Complete waste of time. Ordered three items with this company, chose them over the others based on price and the promise of free delivery within a couple of days.
Order was due to be delivered between 1st and 4th July.
On the 6th I sent them an email (all communication goes through a company called Zendesk, so no direct contact with Ronselectronics), received a reply saying they would look into it. After chasing for another three days, I eventually received an email telling me there was a problem at the warehouse, that I would have a full refund, and delivery would take place mid week. Email also thanked me for using 'Box' Another company! A couple of days later I got the refund, but no goods. Re ordered through Amazon, about £5 more expensive overall, delivered within 48 hrs.

Total lack of communication, no answer to e-mails, no phone contact number on website, had to contact the dispatch company for a way forward but still no progress, selling goods with an embedded virus is so wrong in so many ways.

Great people to deal with, my first purchase, best price with excellent service and communication. Will definitely use again. First class, thank you.

I'd never heard of this company before until I saw their ad for the computer part I was looking for on google. Seem to be a good supplier although took a day or two for dispatch. Otherwise, very happy with service.

DONT USE. After ordering my new monitor I recieved an email stating that the order had been recieved and then nothing for 4 days, I was about to email the company when i recieved an email from dpd saying my parcel from "overclockers" which was odd as thats not who i ordered it from, was out for delivery. When it arrived the monitor had been posted in its box so everyone could see what it was, it just had the postage label attached to the outside. The box was very battered and had a few holes in it. I opened the top seal and noticed that it was the 1080p version of the monitor (my fault, I ordered the incorrect one). It hadnt even been taken out of the box. I emailed rons electronics to say that I had ordered the wrong screen the reply was that "as the seal has been broken we wont accept a return" I replied that it hadnt even been taken out of the box however I recieved no reply at all.

Quick delivery. Products as described. Great prices! Would highly recommend.

Scammer! Paid for 5950x got anti wrinkle cream. No reply in emails, no refund, website goes on and offline. Trying to get money back from credit card. Since writing this trustpilot have contacted me Claiming my review is not real! This website should be here to protect the buyers not the scammers. When I first checked on here they had no negative reviews after my issue I saw three all saying the same thing and they seem to get taken down which is quite strange! I should’ve just paid the extra 20 quid and gone to a Reputable website

Its been two weeks since i ordered and nothing has arrived. They've stopped replying to my emails as well.

I've bought a couple of things from Rons now. Great prices and prompt delivery to Northern Ireland. Happy to recommend them to others.

Price was excellent and delivery time was very good. The only part that let anything down was the tickets for customer service and the fact I had no way of knowing or tracking where the package was.

But again I am happy with the result as my gfx is in my pc and is working great.

Delivery was fast and item was as described but the frames on the monitor doesn’t support my boyfriends xbox.. the monitor is 165hz but he’s only getting 60fps, I did try to contact but my email was ignored..
