Ordered a Patagonia shirt in size Large but received one in size small that had been wrongly labelled by Rokit. Rokit customer service told me that they measure the clothes themselves and sometimes label the items as different from the original label. I found this hard to believe that a Patagonia shirt could grow two sizes! Anyway after a couple of emails i also got my postage costs as well as item cost refunded.
Gotta say that the customer service emails were really quick and polite today and they even added a 10% code for use off my next order...So 10/10 to Rokit for that.
If you want to buy from Rokit I would suggest giving them a call to check if the size they are advertising is the original size or maybe Rokit could add that to the item details online.

Will never buy from Rokit again. Staff rude, lazy and unwilling to listen to customer complaint. Item received was wrong size and dirty, with many marks. Even though used, I did not expect the item to be in such bad condition.

Awful quality, really dirty and several zip teeth were broken

Bad service at customer an does not suit me and sends back and they do not reply back with return note to me When i wil send back the clothing.

Bought a skirt which wasn’t even vintage as they claim to be it was made by them, and then their changing rooms were shut but took a gamble but when I went to try it on somewhere else it wouldn’t go over my hips as the elastic didn’t stretch due to stitching. When I went to return they didn’t apoaglise and said that didn’t take returns and that I had to exchange it or get a gift voucher but don’t live near so was forced to buy something that I thought was okay as everything else was rubbish.

Item was wrong size and filthy rotten. Not once did they even bother to apologise for their errors and expected me to pay more to return it. Shocking!
Extremely poor customer service and just a complete lack of basic manners.
Ash Moss the customer service manager needs to look for another job or learn a thing or two about customer service and ASAP!
No wonder you have so many bad reviews.

This is a terrible company. They changed the size of a jumper so they could sell it (said a size medium, was actually extra extra small) and refused to refund postage amount.
Their customer service is blunt and rude and I would not recommend making purchases from this company ever.

I purchased what was described by the site as a cotton skirt. The item was artfully arranged on the picture to represent a skirt. When the item arrived, it was clear that it was not a skirt, nor was it made of cotton.
I have tried to contact their customer service line, which, after some time ringing, announces that "this mailbox is full" and then promptly cuts off. I have also called and opted for their other options (they have 8) and have been promised a call back - to no avail.
I have finally spoken to someone who could not have cared less and told me that the cost of shipping and return would not be refunded, along with some spiel long the line of "do you know how may people... blah blah".
I have lost money, I was treated disrespectfully and I hope you will not subject yourself to this experience and avoid shopping at Rokit.

Bought a mcgregor cashmere wool coat , arrived two days later, fits great, perfect condition. Just bought 2 shirts off their website on the back of the coat purchase. Might have to take a trip to one 9f their shops. Loved it

0/10 would not recommend.
Over priced second hand tat that wouldn’t even be fit for the homeless.
Stuff I ordered arrived dirty, smelly and with holes in.
Refused to refund me actual cash instead opting to give me a voucher (implying I would ever buy anything from them again).
Bad products. Too high prices. Bad service.
You’d be better off going to your local charity shop and picking up some bits there for a couple of quid.

I bought a military greatcoat from the Rokit website. It had been cleaned and pressed before sending to me, which is great. Rokit do this for all their clothes. It was more expensive than buying from an army surplus store but the cleaning more than made up for this. The listing said that one button was damaged and it had a photo of a button which looked a bit scratched. But when the coat arrived I realised that this wasn't a photo of the damaged button. The button has been really squashed. It's a shame that rokit didn't put a photo of this on the listing as it would have been more honest.

SCAM! DISAPPOINTED!

I purchased a 'Vintage 90s Navy Cotton Harrington Jacket - L' and their website claimed it's from 'Christian Dior' and 'L' size. However when I receive this, it's a brand called 'by basicstores' and 'M' size which is completely not the item I ordered with false information to lie.

I'm from Denmark and i search the web for at specific piece. Finally i found it used on Rokit, but i needed it for a present 10 days later -
I recived all the way from England 8 days later.

I just absolutely love this business idea as well as the way these guys have developed it. they have such a large variety of clothes that I really had no idea what to buy, being the nostalgia-junkie that I am, I just wanted everything hahah
anyway I was really satisfied with my order, my things came what I felt was relatively fast for UK -> Australia shipping. I also felt like they were honest with the condition these clothes are in, they don't try to sell you something which will end up looking completely different. If there is a tear, stain etc. they will mention it ^.^

my only criticism is i felt like some of the clothes were added to the wrong decade (usually made out to be a bit older than they really were). Idk if I am right about this cuz i wasn't alive in the 50s, 60s and 70s hahah but that was just kind of my feeling

I ordered from rokit.co.uk, after receiving my items I realised one was missing. I had never been emailed or informed that this item was being removed. After investiagting I saw that they had removed the cost of it but had addded on a delivery charge as now my order total wasn't high enough for free delivery. I emailed them and they refunded the charge immediately, but completely ignored me when I asked why one item had been removed, especially as I can see on the website it's still available to buy. They completely ignore me now and have never acknowledged my question. The items I did get are very good, but I don't think I will ever use them again.
