The website ended up giving the gift card after some hours, but a lot of other people have been scammed by this site. Just buy in person gift cards or log into your friend’s account to buy them robux.

I spent $60 for a giftcard just for it to say it couldn't be delivered, it didn't give my money back either. I wouldn't recommend using this.

i would give this a 0 if i could, i ordered a 14$ egiftcard and i checked after 2 days it wasn’t there i asked for a refund and they said it was still pending and i cant do anything about it, well guess what it’s been over 10 days still pending and I can’t even get a refund because i need to “ask the merchant” but i’ve contacted them numerous times and they still DO NOT CARE. do NOT buy from this website i don’t even know why roblox has them.

Ordered many, many times. But at least 7 out of the 10 times I order a giftcard off Roblox cashstar, they fail. No particular reason. I'm telling you, it's all up to random luck if they decide to give you the card. Otherwise, there's like 3 employees processing the cards and they all go for lunch at this moment.

Sure, they will refund you, but they tend to take 2-3 weeks to refund the money back to me. I've had experiences where they automatically send the card just seconds after placing the order, but other times, which is most of the time, it's just very poor experiences. Orders unable to process for no reason at all. The cards have enough money to cover the purchases.

It's very, very annoying. Just an hour ago I've gotten a giftcard from them, no problem. Right now, all requests are being declined, I've used 3 different cards so far. I guess at certain hours of the day they just refuse all orders and then make you wait 3 weeks for your money back.

Don't buy from these guys. Buy from Amazon. Cashstar just took my money and never delivered the code.

Never giving ROBLOX my money directly ever again, especially if they are gonna implement scams and bogus services DIRECTLY ON THEIR SITE!

Was not sending me the ROBLOX code at all via email though was saying my card was confirmed and received. It was giving me an email stating it was "unable to process your digital gift card order." I thought i would try another payment method, as I was using every method available starting with PayPal, then Gpay, then lastly entering my actual card information. This was all assuming that it just simply did not go through. Later I have now found out that my card was charged throughout this and the promises of my funds being refunded have NOT been sent back to me.

Also i have had poor interactions throughout via customer service. First greeted with a "server error" when I go to contact customer service on the cashstar page and no matter what it doesn't display anything else. When I finally got to contact customer support, I have yet to get a reply. And overall I have had an absolute aggravating experience throughout just wanting to simply buy a $10 ROBLOX virtual gift card! Never got any interaction from any of the services from a person whatsoever. The only interaction I could get was FROM AN AI LANGUAGE MODEL from this "live chat" feature on the cashstar part of ROBLOX.

Never recommending anyone to use this service and if you want to buy their gift cards. Buy from another retailer like Amazon, Target, etc.

i had to wait half an hour just for the code but then they sent me a email saying they cannot but they refunded me so thats why they are getting 3 stars

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!
They will take your money, send you an email saying you received your card then immediately afterwards send an email saying it was unable to process then send another email that supposedly has your card info which it really doesn't and they will keep your money.

Scam. Bought a 75$ gift card, took my money from the card, but in the site said that the transaction failed.

Bought a 10 euro roblox card and it is not working, support does not respond

I ordered a gift card for £20 using cash star, but I waited hours and hours and still no gift card. I then emailed them for a refund and no reply. It took over 4 days for them to even reply and then I got a refund 1 week later! I don’t even know why they stopped the order! I left 2 stars as I did get money back but I will never be buying from them again! Please don’t buy from them unless you want a hassle to try get your money back!

I wish I could give this website 0 stars but unfortunately that is an option. I was completely robbed trying to order 2 egiftcards. The money was taken form my account and yet no confirmation email was received. I never received the gift cards and customer support will not even reply to my enquires. I am disgusted and will never purchase from the Roblox website ever again.

Don't know if it's a scam (did not get refund yet), but to receive money (three times in a row - I tried two cards and paypal) and at the same time to send an email that transaction didn't happen seems as a bit doubtful practice.
