A great family company providing excellent service ( the free gift was an unexpected bonus x)

If I could give Robins and Sons Chocolate more than 5 stars I would. Not only do they make the most delicious chocolate their customer service is second to none.They care about their customers and that to me deserves 10 star ..

I ordered letterbox each Easter eggs for all the staff in our offices. Andrea was so lovely and a massive help on the phone and was able to send the packages directly to the staff's addresses rather than to me and then I have to post them separately. Even though I am yet to taste the chocolate I expect it will be absolutely delicious and am happy to be supporting a local business in the current climate.

Robins and Sons helped me to send festive gifts to my staff to reward them for a period hard work during the pandemic while we could not have office parties. Andrea completely understood my requirements, was extremely helpful and responsive; she organized sending the gifts to a number of different addresses (as everyone was working from home due to lockdown) swiftly and efficiently. I got numerous appreciative thank-you messages from staff, who were absolutely delighted and felt that the chocolates were packaged nicely and tasted delicious. It was lovely to be able to brighten up the lives of colleagues during this period with the help of Robins and Sons. There are not many companies who offer this personalized service and where you are confident to leave everything in their hands. Thank you!

I can't speak more highly about Robins and Sons. I recently had to organise some chocolate gifts for my staff, and in particular had to arrange for them to be delivered to 50 different addresses, as we were not in the office due to lockdown.

From beginning to end, the company (I liaised with Andrea) could not have done more to help, and they provided an excellent bespoke and personal service. They came up with different ideas that would meet our needs, and then put in place those plans perfectly.

The chocolates were delivered on time to all my staff, and they were totally delicious. I received one myself, and it looked gorgeous, really high-end, and tasted absolutely wonderful. Nice packaging too. My staff were thrilled.

Robins and Sons went to a lot of trouble to cater for my requirements, even though they were a bit 'out of the box', and they never made me feel stupid or annoying, despite my constant pestering! They made my life very easy by doing all the organising etc.

Extremely good value for money too - what we received was much much better than we should have got for the price, and the final bill was a very pleasant surprise. They even proactively offered to refund us money when I ordered a lower number than I had originally paid for (I didn't even think to ask). Who does that these days?

Not all companies I approached were anywhere near as friendly, accommodating and polite, and I couldn't recommend the firm any more than I do.

I have no doubt that I will use them again, and have let my friends know all about them too. They truly understand and apply the maxim that the customer is always right (even though I never had any problems, so I never had to test that out!).

Chocolate in my view is the king of confectionary and this has to be the king of chocolate companies.
If their chocolate is as good as their amazing customer service I know I will be back for more - my order was large, specific and last minute yet their response was personal, responsive and highly efficient.

Fantastic company, bought the hot chocolate hamper as a last minute valentines gift and it didn't disappoint! Tastes phenomenonal! Priced just right and delivery was prompt from Hermes! Will be buying again and highly recommend! Thanks for bringing a smile to our home!

Robins and Sons provided our employees (all 120 of them) with a handmade slab of chocolate and personalised/branded note for a small Christmas gift. These were then sent in letterbox sized boxes to each of our employees home addresses. The volume was not a concern for them, especially as we ordered on the last day before the Christmas cut off! The interaction with them was superb and the chocolate was even better! Our employees loved them and more people should order from Robins and Sons (not too many though, because I want to order again next year and don't want you completely booked up!)

Wanted to send something special to my young niece who started working for NHS this year. Rang the shop and asked about delivery. The lady I spoke to was very friendly and informed me that they were extremely busy (Christmas) but she said she would keep an eye out for my order and delivery in on Monday. Ordered it Friday and my niece rang me absolutely over the moon when it arrived at 6pm Monday. Brilliant fabulous customer service and one extremely happy niece. Well done and thank you so much Andrea and her team. Will definitely be using the company again in the new year. Can't recommend this company high enough!! My niece also said chocolate was 'best ever'!

Beautiful chocolate, fast delivery and amazing customer service! When something had gone wrong with my delivery (not the company’s fault) they could not be more accommodating and helpful. They rectified the situation immediately and constantly kept in touch about what was happening with it. Absolutely fantastic customer service and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great service, was well informed when I enquired about a product and my chocolate bars arrived on time and were Of excellent quality. Very pleased with my purchase :).

I would highly recommend this company, the quality of the products is excellent. The nicest chocolate I’ve ever tasted. I’ve always received my goods promptly and well packaged. There are some lovely gift ideas or if you just want to treat yourself.

How you can eat one of these without closing your eyes and making those 'scrummy' noises I will never know.
I love these and tell everyone who will listen. The chocolate is generously applied and doesn't fall off when you bite into it. Just delicious. Even friends who didn't think they would like them also approve.
