What a beautiful set up, the class was so thorough and well planned out, Amy answered all my questions, she was very welcoming and friendly and made me feel at ease. I was amazed by how much we managed to fit in the session. Lots of creativity and learning. I would definitely recommend. The lessons are well worth the price charged. Thanks Amy 🙏🏻

Just back from Amy’s 2 hour chocolate workshop. Had a ball, really good fun, relaxed and chilled environment and Amy’s totally flexible to go with flavours you like. Made chocolate bars, truffles and pralines and learned so much about chocolate.

Amy took myself and my 9 year old granddaughter for a two hour lesson on understanding good chocolate and how to make some of her delicious recipes. We enjoyed this hugely and she was brilliant at adapting to our not such cultured tastes. Her enthusiasm for chocolate in all its forms is very contagious! I can really recommend going to her classes and then buying some more of her excellent chocolates!

Amy is a patient, kind and generous teacher who shares her expertise freely - so that you leave her classes feeling confident that you can work really well with chocolate. She is incredibly innovative and encourages one to experiment and explore. Finally, Amy is really responsive in her student's Facebook group - so that if one gets stuck, she is on hand to help. 100% recommended.

Hi.. I would only suggest that occasionally put a call out to past students and create a class with any updates you have made that wouldnt have been in your prior learning modules or livestreams even. Just so your older students get a heads up that it would be worth taking a class to keep their skills fresh and up to date. Thanks.

I have attended a few of Amy's live (streamed) classes. They are reasonably priced and offer an incredible learning content. Be it for absolute beginner or professional. Amy puts a sizeable amount of preparation to design and deliver a seamless, entertaining and interactive class. You receive a handbook and recipes beforehand, she runs through equipment and ingredients, demo thoroughly each steps AND answers questions live.

You will also learn new techniques by watching her.

After class, you also receive the recording and course material again. Outstanding. This is a lot of work put in.
I constantly refer back to her recipe and advices and rewatch video to practice my technique.

I had a really enjoyable and informative day with Amy and the group on the Fundamentals of Raw Chocolate day. The day was organised very well, the instructions and information given were helpful and clear for a beginner. The environment was lovely and welcoming and the chocolate was amazing. I enjoyed the class very much and it was very clear Amy had alot of expertise and knowledge in vegan bespoke, raw chocolate blending and creation.
