Excellent people and hassle free replacements. Got a couple IronWolf 8TB drives in May 23, drives manufactured in Jan 22 so guessing they get surplus older stock on the cheap but not old enough to worry. One drive just started throwing up warnings in unraid with reallocated sectors and CrystalDisk saying caution, they replaced the drive immediately after some pictures of the drive and stats. Second drive starts doing the same a couple weeks later reallocated sectors and warnings, no hassle replacement being sent out. Their failure records show 8TB IronWolf's (non pro) have apparently the highest failure rate above all others that they sell, not sure if that's due to being the most popular decent size/lowish price drive for homelab start ups so more sold and more to go wrong or the fact Seagate quality control on that one is lacking, but the customer service from RCH has been outstanding.

I've ordered a Seagate disk. Disk is new and well packaged when arrives. Tracking was provided so we will know when the disk will be delivered. It takes around a week to deliver by Royalmail.

I was a little unsure at first as the hard disks were by far the cheapest I could find but I'm glad I took the jump. The drive I ordered (16TB Seagate Exos) arrived in around a week (tracking provided too), was very well packed (solid cardboard outer box with 3 layers of strong foam padding completely surrounding the drive) and the drive works flawlessly. After recieving a couple of dead ones from a very well known online seller (sent the same drives in jiffy bags!!!!! JIFFY BAGS!!!!!!) I can honestly say that I am pleasently surprised and will be very happy to buy from Roberts Electronics again in the near future.

I ordered 2 Exos 16TB Hard Drives for 2 separate NAS systems. I fully expected around a month for delivery, they arrived around a week after placing the order.

Product arrived within stated time. Much lower cost than UK suppliers. Product guaranteed still had nearly two years to run, so definitely new too.

Arrived on time and HDD in good working order.

By far the cheapest price for these notoriously expensive drives - partly because they are from Singapore and the (UK) warranty is therefore not valid - however, Robert Electronics provide their own 5-year guarantee and have others have said, this is swiftly honoured should the need arise. So, yes, this seller is highly recommended, I could not have afforded these drives elsewhere.
