Bought a max kit for PSA vehicle and now when swapped my vehicle they are offering 15% off, what a joke.. Had many issues with PSA module, threw an errors on my dash etc, was using just for normal mode which improved my throttle but not by a lot, had to use relearn function weekly. Better get a stage 1 remap.. Left with a max kit that I cant use.

Finally received it for my c8 but the box has no plugin for the harness. Jus the plug for the charger. Tried reaching out sending multiple emails and called several times and it goes straight to vm. You cant return it because the site says you must have approval from support first, guess I just wasted a few dollars but nvr again.

I purchased one of these for my 2016 Lexus is200T 3 weeks ago and I have had nothing but problems with since the first day of installing it. Can't get a hold of anyone with Customer support or Customer service what so ever by Email or by Phone or Text message. I simply want my money back or a working replacement.

I would give it zero stars if I could, the roar pedal box threw all sorts of lights on my dash and the car was reving on its own, i send a video to them, stated that I wasn't happy and would like a full refund as thats the company's policy. 3 weeks I sent various emails asking for the return address, to no avail, I then had to get PayPal involved and only for them i would not have got a refund or a response for that matter, to top it off the address they provided was foor their American company, so being from Ireland it was really expensive to post, instead of them giving their English company's address. I truly despise the way they have when about this and think its an absolute joke.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Per their website when you order if you need to return, you are to reach out to them for a return label. We emailed them 8 times in 2 weeks and no reply. Ended up filing a dispute on my credit card and got my money back and they are out the product because they couldn’t be bothered to reply.

The product does exactly what they advertise. Customer service reached out to me to request photos of my setup prior to shipping to make sure they were sending me the correct model. My 2025 Infiniti QX60 that was extremely laggy unless you floor it is now amazingly responsive. I am thrilled. I wish I had installed this when I first got the car. I followed the installation instructions and had no issues whatsoever. It connected by Bluetooth to the app immediately. It was very easy to tuck away with nothing but the tie wrap that was included. Super easy to change settings to find the one that feels the best for you. I recommend this product wholeheartedly. New car dealers should offer this product themselves whenever they have customer feedback complaining about laggy throttle response.

DO NOT BUY. Very poor attitude from this company, I purchased one and it doesnt work. I reached out to the seller on the emails they provided on their website but they just ignored me. I messaged on their facebook but they blocked me. Im here with a broken machine and they wont assist me.

Ordered their product on 11/21/25. Sent emails and made phone calls from 11/21/25-12/1/25 to cancel order and return to initiate a refund. Their customer service is non existent, no replies whatsoever. Their goal is to lure you in, purchase the product, take your money and never have contact with you again.

I had great communication with the company when asking product information. But when I asked for my money back, they do not respond whatsoever. I have tried reaching them several ways (phone calls/emails) for several days. No response. If anyone knows of someway to contact them. The people buy from these company's because they claim to be honest as per their website. Online shopping is the new way to buy, but it seems it's just a way to rip off people. Surely there is something that can be done, there has to be some entity to regulate or investigate these companies. Maybe be investigated or sign some document or agreement before they are allowed to sell online. Pass or meet certain criteria and held liable/responsible. We are not here to just give away our money.

Initially had great communication with the company. But when I asked for my money back, they shut up like a clam. Have tried reaching the several ways since - No response.

It works very good on a Nissan Juke Nismo RS. I am surpriced how good effekt for the money.

Hate to say this company has terrible customer service and doesn't honor it's refund policies just like everyone says. Buyer beware, finding something else

I own three of these. The first two for for a 2023 Audi RS7 and a 2019 Ford Transit Connect work perfectly. The one I got recently for my new 2025 Audi RSQ8 has never worked. Seems like their software isn't compatible with the new SFD security on the Audis

I let customer support know as soon as I got the product and realized it didn't work and asked for an exchange

Instead, they had me jump through all these hoops taking photos and uploading videos showing that the device was putting the car in limp mode onlu when it was installed

I sent them everything they asked for and asked for them to either refund or exchange it. They escalated to their tech team who wanted me to use a multimeter to test their jank product for them. I don't own a multimeter and I'm not going to do their quality controls job for them unpaid

I told them I don't own one and that they either needed to exchange or refund the product and to send me a shipping label

Communication was always SLOW with them since they take forever to respond via email and won't answer the phone for me

However now that they don't have any more hoops they can try to make me jump through they have just started ignoring me completely. I waited almost 2 weeks from my refund request email with no response, so I emailed them again on a Monday demanding a refund or exchange by the end of the week or I would have to ask for a charge back from the credit card company

Another week has went by and zero contact from the company. No honoring their return policy. No honoring their product warranty
