Excellent product. Quick delivery.

Our feathered friends adapted to the feeder quickly. It looks great and I’ve yet to see a squirrel attempt to use it.

The feeder sold as 100% squirrel and pest proof has to be hung at least 18" from where a squirrel can stand. There is NO mention of this in the marketing information. A bracket is inappropriate for my garden. I requested a postage free return and instead was offered a
" refurbished starling guard". VERY unimpressed with customer service.
Do not buy this feeder to hang from a birdtable

The feeder was more expensive than others but it does seem to be stopping the squirrels!

The product purchased was exactly as advertised and is very well made.

I have 2 roamwild feeders 2.0 and have found the suet one with the grids doesn't feed the pellets down once the birds gave taken what they can reach.
I've tried different pellets, even cut them down in size. Feeders have been cleaned and dry and only filled above the collar. They just don't work for me.
I've messaged Roamwild but they are not helpful and turned down my request to swap for a 3.0 version or return for a refund.
I don't recommend this product.

Good service and great quality. Birds have yet to get the hang of it but hopefully will soon. We bought it for while we were on holiday for a week but it was untouched so we have switched from sunflower hearts to mixed seed.

Great service and very timely order processing

My order was lost by the delivery service. When I called to report that I had not received my feeder yet, Roamwild immediately sent another one, by different carrier and I received it in two days.

I was looking for a parakeet proof feeder. I have tried many feeders before but none worked. I ordered the 3.0 feeder. The first issue was with delivery. The feeder hadn't been packed properly and the parcel was left by my front door whilst I popped out. The box wasn't shut. The feeder had clearly fallen out and been put back in the box the wrong was round so the lid wouldn't close. I then realised that both the box and the markings on the feeder itself said it was version 2.0 so not what I ordered. I got in touch with the company who assured me it was the latest version but they were using parts and packaging from old stock. I don't have a problem with this but it would have been good to make that clear to avoid me having to contact the company. Also I mentioned the issue of the box being open but I had no apology for that. The feeder itself is ok quality but not as strong as others I own. It was a bit fiddly to put together, especially fitting the Corvid guard. The other annoyance is I can't use suet pellets so can only use sunflower hearts as the holes are too small. I'm not sure if it's parakeet proof yet but my initial impression of the service from this company hasn't been great.

I must say 100% approval here. I did have fatballs, peanuts and (a poor) seed feeder and it was a zoo out there. I did love it though as there was always a large quantity of birds, but the smaller birds were bullied. I don't have a problem with squirrels, but we were getting a lot of nuthatches and woodpeckers. It is a brilliant design as if anything other than a small bird goes on the pirch it shuts down the seed supply. The way it is designed it's impossible for any larger birds to get onto the pirch anyway. I do miss the large quanity of birds and in the winter will probably add back the other feeders but for now I am enjoying seeing the smaller birds eat without disturbance and no mess! It is a really good solid strong design and it was easy to assemble and I have no doubt it will be easy to clean. Big tick here from me! You won't need another seed feeder after you buy this one. Just one warning - it took about 4-5 days for the birds to become familiar with it so be patient - they will come!

Delivered quickly, good quality but not yet in use.

The mini digger is outstanding for either limited space work or digging when on my knees on borders. Brilliant

I've had one of the bird feeders before and found it excellent. Very happy with the product and the quick delivery.

The items arrived within an acceptable delivery time. The build quality is superb, and easy to assemble..

Very good products and excellent delivery and communications.
Still waiting for birds to get used to the feeders although the tit's are starting to use them slowly. Our Robin though struggles to find and use the perches. But overall very pleased and they do look very good hanging.

They were very helpful with the part I needed, it only broke due to the high winds we had.
They sent the part and now our feeder is back up and feeding our birds.
