Great service from Jack, car was delivered within 3 weeks. The whole process was super easy and I was updated regularly. Delighted with the car delivered to my front door 0 faff.
I think the lease hire agreements are great. I don’t need to worry about MOT’s depreciation or waste thousands of pounds in interest .

Getting our new Volvo XC40 was straightforward and the staff were friendly and kept us updated every step of the way. We shopped around and their prices were extremely competitive compared to other companies. The car was dropped off promptly and in excellent condition by a really friendly guy. He walked us through all the cars functions and answered all the questions we had. Would recommend!

Outstanding Performance by Rivervale
I chose Rivervale because they were the best price lease deal I was looking for. I also added the servicing, maintenance and tyres package to my lease price as this was a great price too …so one affordable price to cover me for three years! The team were excellent . So professional and courteous. There were a few hiccups regarding lost emails due to an email typo at their end but this was rectified with outstanding communication which did not hold up the process. Jordan was kind and helpful through the entire process and made the admin part so simple to follow! Could not fault that. I believe Rivervale are a team of efficient and professional individuals who put their customers first. If you have any extra questions or concerns, they are on hand to answer or resolve them so that you know exactly what’s going on during the process of getting the lease. Thank you for an excellent experience ! I’m a happy customer… and by the way, the car is great!

The whole process of a leasing the vehicle went smoothly. Communication was really good from Jake, kept me informed with progress and explained the lease in detail. Vehicle was delivered when promised and as agreed. The lease price was the best I found in the market for the vehicle I wanted.

An easy experience
From first enquiry to delivery. The process was straight forward, convenient and easy. Jack in sales was excellent - responding to enquiries swiftly (even outside normal business hours). Franchise dealers could learn a lot from how these guys do vehicle sales.
