No service, long waits
This company has been fine up until you need to refinance and are told in an email that you are eligible but then there is no way to do so online. Tried calling in to be told that the email was incorrect. When I ask to speak to a supervisor, I was placed on hold for 40 minutes. Finally got a supervisor on the line, she tells me that it might show up as an option tomorrow and if not to call back in for assistance. I told her that I did not want to take another hour out of my day to call in and she has offered a call back at my specified time so that I may talk directly with her about the issue should it persist. Needless to say, I'm here waiting for tomorrow to see if the issue has been resolved.

Think before you leap into this mess of a company!
On a $2500 loan, the first SEVEN payments (totaling $1328.11) absolutely ZERO dollars went to the principal. This is a horrible option, if you can't get ahead of it. If one had to stick to their payment schedule, it would come out to around $15,000 in just two short years!! Stay AWAY from this nasty company!!!
