I kick myself daily for taking this…
I kick myself daily for taking this loan. Not sure what I was thinking. I borrowed $4K in September 2024. Here we are in December 2025 and I've managed to pay off less than $500. My payment history is perfect, and I've actually paid more than the min payment on several occasions and each time that overage was applied to interest. Thank goodness this will be paid off this week. They offered a refinance on this at the same rate. This company is awful. Would never do business with them again.

I have never had worse customer service…
I have never had worse customer service in my entire life. We sent our pay off check from our bank back in October and rise CANNOT find the check they cashed. We have had over 15 different people tell us different things and on top on that they are still taking payments because no one over there can find ANYTHING. They will be having a lawsuit placed on them for this. Totally outrageous

I received the Rise offer in the mail
I received the Rise offer in the mail. Usually my chances of getting a loan are very slim. Regardless I applied for the loan. It was a quick and easy process. I was delighted to find out I had been approved. The money was transferred to my checking account before noon the following day. I would recommend to anyone to give Rise a try.

This company is a predatory lender. They prey on low income individuals with below average credit scores who are desperate for cash. If you take a $5000 loan out with this company, you will likely repay over $10,000. This should be ILLEGAL!

The interest charges started out being $35 dollars bi-weekly on a payment plan of $125 bi-weekly. After my 18th payment the interest charges is now $125 bi-weekly on a $125 bi-weekly payment. This should be illegal!!!!!! This is Awful will tell everyone and will never do business with them again
