I had an issue with the LDX shorts I had ordered and found they weren't the correct fit for my application. I worked with Brian in customer service and he was more than helpful on resolving the issue I had. He even got me a new pair that was correct for my riding style at no charge.

Having dealt with these guys in purchasing impact shorts for snowboarding, I cannot give them any less than 5 stars. Initial purchase was smooth, easy and delivery time was prompt considering I’m based in the uk. Left a comment on their facebook page to say how pleased I was with their product but mentioned I’d made an error by ordering a size too big. I was responded to by Brian in their support team thanking me for my positive comment and as a thank you they would honour a free replacement in my correct size and that there would be no need to return my original purchase! My replacement was taken care of quickly and was shipped within 24hrs of their initial contact. Completely blown away by their customer service and would recommend these guys to anyone looking to purchase these products to help with their boarding/riding. Brilliant company!!!

Bought snowboard impact shorts and used then recently in germany on the slopes. I had a few heavy falls and they protected me. I am sure i would be more bruised and achy if hadnt of worn them. They also serve well as insulation when sitting down in the snow todo up my bindings. Thick padding and i suggest try get a size smaller than you usually would for a snug fit. They arent over padded so do not hinder movement. Order early and allow a few weeks.

Hi I ordered my jeans and the wrong size came emailed as never usually get anyone emailing me back but Brian sorted the confusion out and the correct size came very happy with my purchase and the friendly well explained returns Brian your a star will use again no problem 👍

Regarding the warmth of the pants, in hot weather (30°C+):

I bought a pair last year, and live in the BC Interior. Even with the kevlar lining, they weren't too bad! Plus, they're super comfy ☺️ 10/10 would recommend!!

Got my jeans before Xmas and with weather we had never had a chance to try them on until last week. It was quite cold and wearing these jeans I was nice and warm and they were so comfortable whilst I done a 60miles ride. Definitely good value for money. Highly recommend these jeans.

What a great experience. Great feeling product, but I ordered a size too big. I thought it would fit me, but because of how stretchy the material is, it seems as though I can size down and it will fit better. Customer Service was AMAZING.... and Harry helped me through the process. They even shipped out the new size through the return process before I shipped back my initial pair of shorts. Thank you so much!!!!!

After a hard fall on my butt on a box, I finally ordered some. I fell a few times on purpose today, and they really work well! I ordered two because I wasn't sure if the size would be right, but they run quite large! I'd say if you're a bit nervous because you've fallen on your tailbone, order these shorts and you'll be rocking again!

Overall a satisfactory experience buying from this company. Wouldn't recommend it, and probably not going to buy again based on the experience so far.

Pros
- They did resolve a sizing issue with the trousers and did issue them out to be rather quickly once they responded to my emails.
- Seems like a decent quality in their products (bag and trousers were purchased).
- When in touch with Harry (customer service), he was quick enough to get things moving and took ownership of the delayed responses.

Cons
- Sizing concerns mentioned in the reviews and from my own experience are very accurate.
- Took over two weeks before anyone from customer services responded to me after multiple emails and 'contact me' notifications (did cause me a lot of concern of which I did think about contacting the bank).
- Packaging is really poor, just bundled into a bag with no further marketing of their material just wasn't a nice fit to round things off. Felt that more care would be given from a Vinted purchase from a randomer.
- Didn't acknowledge or answer my questions in tandem with my initial query about any longer sizing in their Jeans.
- Issued me a sizeable discount as soon as the purchase was made, which I found to be like sticking salt in the wound.
- Although my order had multiple purchases, it was all split, of which I found rather odd with no explanation. If it's a warehouse or stock issue, I would understand but on the website it purposely won't let you buy products out of stock... so.. unsure on that issue.

Initially bought a large which was far too big for me. Which i was gutted about as the shorts themselves look epic and way much lighter and more comfortable than my previous impact shorts. And as usual i couldnt be bothered to go through the returns process. But Rippl reached out to me and sent me the correct size free of charge. The customer service has been incredible and they have completely made sure i have the right size and am completely happy.
Buying anything off facebook adverts is always a gamble but these guys have smashed it out of the park with how they have made my customer experience perfect.

What wonderful customer service! I ordered the large size impact shorts and found them to be a bit loose. Emailed customer service and their response time was incredible! I've been chatting with Brian and he has made the return process so easy and my medium size impact shorts are already shipped! 10 out of 10! 🤘

Before placing my order, I contacted Rippl to make sure I selected the correct size. They responded promptly with a size chart and a recommendation based on my measurements.
After ordering, I later learned that their size chart had been updated, which unfortunately resulted in me receiving the wrong size.
That said, everything else was excellent. The tracking and shipment updates were clear and consistent, and the delivery was fast.
When I reached out about the sizing issue, Brian responded immediately. He explained the updated size chart and made the exchange process incredibly easy through their website, at no additional cost.
Brian was professional, efficient, and on top of everything. The communication was smooth from start to finish.
Despite the sizing mix-up, the overall service was outstanding. I plan to order again and can’t wait to try them out, especially since my body could definitely use it after a few snowboarding sessions.
