I placed two separate orders
I placed two separate orders, both of which took more than three weeks to be delivered. The sizing is extremely inaccurate—the small knee pads and XXS butt pads are oversized, while the XL elbow pads are undersized. Due to the excessive shipping delay an inaccurate sizing, the items could not be used before the ski season ends. The quality of the materials is also poor. I have requested a refund and am awaiting the shipping label.

I ordered the impact gear for a ski trip that came and went, still haven’t received order
I ordered the impact gear for skiing/ snowboarding 2 weeks ago. The tracking for this company is the worst of any I have ever dealt with. I still have not received my order and the tracking states it’s still at a gofo regional hub, where it has allegedly been for days. I’m wondering at this point if I will ever get my order, starting to feel like a scam. The company did refund me $13 to my credit card and I don’t even know why since they didn’t tell me they were doing it. This has been really frustrating since I spent over $120 and wanted this gear for a ski trip that has come and gone. This isn’t worth the aggravation, Buyer beware.

I contacted customer support for an exchange and they have been really responsive and kind.
Furthermore the shorts are pretty great for the price!

Excellent quality Ripple jeans
Recently bought a pair of the black Rippl jeans, they look great. They come with knee and hip protectors and feel so good wearing them. Thick material and feel that they will give me full protection if I come off but also feel very comfortable. Wore them today with temperature outside at 5 degrees. Kept my legs warm even at speeds of 60+ mph. Felt a bit cooler around the groin area but not enough to feel uncomfortable. At temperatures at 0 degrees or colder I would wear waterproof all weather trousers over these but I don't often go out when it's that cold. I love these Rippl trousers and will be wearing these year round. The price is great for the top quality and manufacturer of these trousers. Highly recommended 👌 👍

The quality is garbage
The quality is garbage. Crash pants have lousy protection for tailbone. You can buy the same gear straight Friman temu, and cut the middle man.

We ordered 4 pairs total and the sizes were slightly larger than expected. Luckily we only needed to return 2 of the 4 pairs, however the customer service received from Harry was amazing especially dealing with the returns. We were concerned that the replacements wouldn’t arrive in time for our trip and Rippl sent out the replacement sizes before receiving the larger sizes for an exchange. Once we had the correct sizes they fit extremely well, are high quality and have protection in all the right places. Cannot fault them at all. Would definitely recommend.

A) Order for Impact short not received..Rectified.Replacement now received!!
A) I ordered the 1) Impact short and 2)Rider Ear Plugs but only received the Ear Plugs but not the Impact Short ..
But After I informed Customer Support, Mr Harry took steps to send me the missing/replacement Impact Short promptly.. Appreciate and Thank you for your quick response without any question being asked..
B) Rippl sizing is generally larger than the size guides.

Absolutely perfect! I highly recommend Rippl!
This is the first time I have used Rippl and I would highly recommend them! The impact shorts appear to be very well made (although we’ve not managed to test them out yet) and they look as though they’ll give a good level of protection. I also contacted their support team as I wanted to exchange one pair for a smaller size and their customer service was outstanding. Delivery was also very quick and the products were well packaged. I will definitely use Rippl again in future.
