I got a call from the ringtons representative, we purchased earl grey tea, I was totally disappointed with the quality of the tea. I had one cup then put the rest in the bin. Absolutely poor quality tea. Do not buy!

The lady I spoke to over the telephone was very helpful and efficient. The parcel arrived and was packed very well and the purchases were excellent. This was the first time I had bought things direct from Ringtons but it definitely will not be the last. Happy Christmas to all your staff.

I’ve always ordered on line, delivery usually three days. Someone recommended gold tea bags over ten years ago, I will not drink anything else, more than satisfied with the tea , beautiful flavour, thank you for a great product and excellent service 👍👌

My 84 year old mother has been a Ringtons customer for a very long time and doesn't like to complain. However I feel that I need to because I was quite upset for her about the situation that happened last week. She was out shopping and had left instructions for Ringtons to leave the parcel in the green bin (after the last time when she was in the garden and nothing was left) however her delivery was not left for her once again.

Unfortunately there are ramifications for her when an order is not left as is expected. My brother is heavily autistic so things like this affect him anyway. Even worse this time he is currently cutting out all sugar for Lent and when he ran out of the only biscuits he would eat, he was quite distressed.

I had to order a packet from Amazon to try and stop him pestering her all day every day about it. Even so they are only coming tomorrow and they cost me over £8 including postage 😡.

We purchased a box of individually wrapped biscuits for our holiday rental to give to our guests. They (the biscuits) are delicious! Four different flavours and each one as good as the other. We spoke to customer service before we ordered since we wanted to be sure that the ingredients were included on the packaging, and they were incredibly helpful and understanding. So, full marks all round!

I’m a tradesman and last year I was given a cup of tea by the homeowner. It was noticeable so much nicer than my usual Yorkshire Tea. I asked the homeowner what tea it was and he said Ringtons. This year I was working at a property and saw one of your vans. Got a sample pack and now Ive ordered the gold tea. Simply the best tea flavour I’ve ever had and I drink no a lot of tea at home and customers. Easy order process and quick delivery. Will definitely order again.

Amazing quality tea and coffee. Simply the best. Full monty boxes great value. If anyone is from outside their door step delivery area give them a try. You won't be disappointed (tea is massively better than anything you can buy in a supermarket).

Found a fresh, loose tea which we absolutely love! We buy online and have always had a quick delivery. Would highly recommend this company.

I have been using ringtons for 5 years I ordered some decaf tea bags I was sent normal tea bags I emailed them within 2 days my original order was delivered I would like to say the product and customer service is well beyond fantastic top class all round k moseley

I was given some sample gold tea teabags at this years chatworths country show. It was a good move by Ringtons as we are now a regular customer and just wouldn't dream of buying anything else. we order online and delivery usually comes in around 3 days. really have renewed our love of tea and everybody that comes over comments on what a nice cuppa it is
