Having moved from where our tea was delivered to an area which wasn't, I was missing my breakfast tea which I love let me say but found it just as easy to order online and get delivered so I still get my favourite tea everyday

A very last minute order placed for items that were used as wedding favours and gifts for our wedding tombola (a celebration of all things North Yorkshire / County Durham). Everything turned up in perfect order and in time. We didn't use all the biscuits in the favours and I can say that so far every biscuit in the packets we've opened has been unbroken. How amazing is that?!

Mis-advertise price matching.
Ringtons simply email advising to take the competitors offer:
Ringtons:“The offer you have is lower so as I have said please take that”
Yet Ringtons advertise on the item “We'll match any like for like quote”.
Clearly a trading standards breach! Oh and arrogant!

Another fabulous delivery from Ringtons containing their marvellous tea and astounding biscuits which are so good we've to pace ourselves so we don't eat them all at the one time. We used to have a favourite biscuit but now they are all favourites.

Birthday present for my sister-in-law, she loved it. I’ll will be ordering for myself.

I have ordered tea from Ringtons many times and on each occasion, I have been very happy with all aspects of the transaction. Easy to order, delivered promptly and most importantly, great tea!

We have just received our first doorstep delivery and say we are impressed is an understatement. All the products we purchased were so appealing, we can’t wait to try them. Mick was brilliant, he went through all of the items and gave us time to choose what we wanted, without any pressure. We even managed to buy a birthday present, far easier than going to the shops. We can’t wait to have our next call and are looking at which Christmas hampers to buy as gifts in the seasonal brochure. We have even purchased some gift vouchers to help spread the cost.

We use doorstep delivery every month. And the gentleman is lovely. We buy the ringtons gold tea. And it is hands down the best tea we have ever tasted. It is just so much better than anyone else even Yorkshire tea and that is a lovely brew as well but we're ringtons gold tea drinkers now. There ginger snaps are amazing aswell.

Do not get started with them. I did, then I was unexpectedly away for a few weeks due to a family tragedy, and they claim they left items in front of my house (I have nowhere protected to leave things) while I was away. I never received these items and they are chasing me to pay for them nearly a year later. Don’t get involved. They are pushy and heartless.

Ringtone tea and biscuits are the best .

I use these pretend books as a place where "fairies" drop off treats when my young granddaughters deserve a treat for positive behaviours and they absolutely love them. Very well made, robust and look great in the home.

This is an exceptional company supplying top quality products and good old fashioned 5 star personal service.

I have made an order but made a mistake with the delivery and billing address. It does not let you cancel or contact anyone, which Is a bit annoying. As it was for Eid gift and this cannot be rectified by looks of it. I live 110 miles away from where it would have got delivered. Noone answers the phone and emails you have to give it 2 working days but in that time the order will get dispatched. What a shame little things like this cannot be rectified by a simple cancel order option. This has stressed me out.

I ordered cookies, coffee, and tea with them. I didn't like the taste of some of it.
