In August our family group of 15 needed to travel from several cites in Italy to Ravenna's cruise port. The cost of the cruise was significant and the fear was family members coming from Venice, Florence and Rome might miss critical connections and not arrive at the appointed departure time. Coincidentally, the date of travel was Ferrogosto, a major holiday in Italy with large crowds heading to the seashore.

I worked with Roman to arrange a private van from Venice for 6 people, along with two vans for 9 people with pick up at the Bologna train station - both with drop offs at the cruise ship dock. This arrangement was handled perfectly; everyone got to be where they needed to be in comfort and safety, and on time.
Additionally, Roman provided private vans upon our return to Ravenna to transport the entire party to Venice. This, too, went smoothly.

During the course of arranging details, Roman was very responsive and helpful in making suggestions which improved the communication process. All drivers were punctual and were where Roman said they would be, holding signs with my name to facilitate locating them in crowded parking areas. In retrospect, I can't think of anything that could have been handled better.

Roman was great - he had great communication all along the way. We knew exactly where he was going to pick us up; we even knew what his sign with my name would look like. We rented two vans to transport 10 people plus luggage from Ravenna Port to a Venice Airport Hotel, and he delivered us right to the front door. I would certainly hire Roman again, and I would certainly recommend him. The cars were nice and comfortable, and Roman was very courteous and professional.

My relatives, who went to Rimini last year, recommended me Roman as a great guide, so I got in touch with him before my trip to Rimini. I wanted to have an excursion around the old city and pop in to a couple of shops. Roman's excursion was really interesting and somewhat insightful. He also drove me to some shops and even helped to choose some little treats for the family, to take from Italy, not mentioning helping to take heavy bags to the lift of my hotel. It was very kind of him. The pay was reasonable and the whole experience was enjoyable. My sincere recommendations for Roman.
