Horizonwindowcleaners Recenzje

I highly recommend Horizan Windows, Ben did a brilliant job, inside and outside of my windows, plus removed a concrete type of product that was on the glass of my balcony and there for nearly a year.

Excellent experience with Horizon. Easy to arrange, and Daniel arrived at the given time. He was very professional, friendly and polite and did an amazing job on my grubby windows, frames and sills in no time at all. The product used is amazing. Dried to a streak free finish. I’m very pleased with my gleaming windows and have already booked in the next job! Thanks very much!

Very good first time experience with Horizon Windows. I was a bit sceptical of having a rod filter clean as only ever had window cleaners with ladders, however I am now a convert! It was down to a wonderful, extremely polite, friendly & patient young man called Frank, who took to time to answer my questions. Delighted with the result and would definitely recommend.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. I was impressed with the professional service. I’ve had some disappointing experiences with window cleaners in the past.

This time, everything was brilliant. The window cleaner Brendan was lovely, warm and friendly , polite, punctual and extremely professional. I really appreciated that he checked before leaving I was completely happy with the windows and whether anything needed going over. That’s never happened before. They didn’t they were all great.

The windows look fab, it had been quite some time since they last had a clean so they were filthy 🫣 so I was delighted with them.
The whole service was reliable and professional from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them and will absolutely be using them again.

Thanks guys!!!

Calm, friendly, smiley and proactive. Lovely people, who did a superb job with my windows

Lovely and professional small business. I have been using them for 2 years without any problems

I had Horizon Window Cleaners attend to my windows today, what a brilliant company they are. I haven’t had them cleaned for over 2 year (previous guy disappeared, but his visits were very spasmodic) but now I have found a professional company that came on the day booked and even let me know what time they would be here. Easy to deal with, I didn’t even have to be here and they wouldn’t hear of me paying until they knew I was happy with the standard of work. They are a true find and couldn’t be more pleased.
Jordan and his team come highly recommended from me!!

Residents in one of our managed block were really happy with Ben from Horizon and said he was thorough, polite and helpful.

Thank you!

This is the first time having my windows cleaned. My experience in the past when living at my parents had been, 1 man a ladder, 1 small bucket and dirty cloth which would be used on every household. THIS IS NOT THE CASE HERE! New equipment with brush and water system that drys with NO WATER MARKS!
Ben the window cleaner was kind, professional and experienced..Communication with the company itself (Jordan) was fantastic, the entire process was smooth from beginning to end!

Thank you for an amazing service.

I had a great experience with HORIZON, I have used them for window cleaning and patio cleaning. They arrived on time, were friendly and respectful, and did an excellent job—every window is spotless, even the tricky ones. My patio and walls have never looked so good. I’ll definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them.

Pleasant and good communication from the start. Window cleaner was friendly and did a great job.

Horizon were a pleasure to deal with, over the phone and in person. They could accommodate us at short notice, and the cleaner who came (Ben) was friendly and very professional. We were very pleased with the result, and they’re very competitively priced. Very happy to recommend them.

I used them for first time recently and was very happy with work and service. Callum was extremely thorough and very nice person to do the work! Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a good reliable service and quick/ professional response!

Jordan and the team were just wonderful! Communication was clear and timely, and the team that came on the day were very friendly, diligent and respectful of our house. Definitely recommend and will be using them again!

Frank was very polite and professional. A great business would definitely recommend

Horizonwindowcleaners, from the moment I contact them via What’s App were polite and professional. A cost effective and transparent quote was shared almost instantly, a date and a time offered and the whole booking process made very easy.
On the day, they were punctual and so easy to work with. Their cleaning system is brilliant and left our windows and frames, inside and out, absolutely spotless. Like brand new!

Honestly best window cleaners i have ever had!!! They are so kind and understand when you are struggling financially. They are really thorough when understand what you want done and really quick and efficient when cleaning the windows. Jordan was the main person i spoke to they were very kind and explained everything to me. Emilia cleaned my windows she was so sweet and was done quickly, just because she was quick it didnt lack in quality at all. I will 100% go back and recommend to people i know.

Had lovely service from Horizon - so easy to book (over whatsapp), came really quickly and were cheerful in the face of our surprisingly tall building… would recommend, thanks!
