Be careful as to what their website states
Ordered a BCE cue extension which on their website states is compatible with the BCE Grand Master cue, I have a recently purchased series 6 cue. The extension is delivered and has a totally different fitting and so is definitely not compatible with the Grand Master series 6 cue I have. I am informed that I can have a refund if I send the extension back but there is no offer to pay for the return postage. I feel the cost of postage should be down to Riley Leisure as the information on their website is incorrect. The extension was only £20 so they have made it not really worth my while sending it back once the cost of tracked postage is considered.

The snooker tables great but it needs levelers on all 4 legs not just 2.

Poor finish and customer support
When my cue arrived there was a couple of issues with the overall finish of the cue. The wac weights are very uneven and there is a large lip where the cue joins. Also, the bottom of the cue has not been finished and is a bare rough wood. I contacted to company and was told nothing will be done as I have used the cue. I only used it once to see if it was ok and these issues were pointed out to me by someone who knows more about cues than me. First time in the hobby and having a cue. I took photos and shared with the company and they said it was just the way it was, unless I pay for a custom cue. Not very helpful to a new beginning pool player.
